The food was good and our server started out greatâvery friendly and attentive. But the situation with the payment kiosk was incredibly frustrating.
When we were splitting the bill, I selected my items and paid. After running my payment, the kiosk said my 3 for Me ($16.99) wasnât paid, even though I had just submitted the payment. I tried againâpaid AND tipped againâand it still showed unpaid and started throwing error messages.
We let the server know (and by the way, obviously if I were trying to skip out on a bill, I wouldnât bring the issue to their attention in the first place, I wouldâve just left.) Instead of helping, their attitude completely changed, and they told me, âNo, you didnât pay for thisâ even though I was literally looking at two pending charges from Chiliâs on my bank app.
I ended up paying a THIRD time for the same item, and the kiosk STILL showed the same error. All three charges are now pending on my bank statement.
The whole situation honestly ruined what wouldâve been a great experience. I wonât be returning.

Shout out to the Manager and fantastic Waiter tonight! They really took GOOD care of us for our Grandsons 6th birthday tonight! The food and service was excellent! All 4 of our starving kids went away with very full bellies and smiles. Atmosphere was fantastic and they had the football game on as well. God Bless!!!

We live out of town and don't have Chili's where we live and we're excited to see what all the fuss was about and we now understand! Great food and wonderful service! Chili's did not disappoint!!!

3 stars because our server was great and the place itself has a good vibe, but the hot moz was SO salty me nor my friend could eat it, and then we both threw up as soon as we left (in the grass so sorry) we split the bill, payed $30 each just to throw it all up and go home with empty stomachs again :(

We were seated immediately and our waitress Bella was very attentive. I ordered the mozzarella sticks and chipotle honey chicken strips which were both phenomenal. My husband enjoyed his crispy chicken sandwich and my toddler actually ate both of her mini cheeseburgers which is a win for us.
