A variety of menu items. Ranging from Mexican to cheeseburgers then of course baby back ribs. Prices are reasonable and they have several types of cocktails using premium liquor that are well priced and even inexpensive if you hit happy hour. The service was very good.
This Chili's is typical better than other ones we have been to. Seems to be managed very well.

Great food and the best service we have had at a restaurant in a long time! Food came out quick, drinks were refilled without having to ask, and we had multiple staff help our table. Amazing!

The reason it loses two stars is because the host took us off the waiting list for a table for two for no reason. He said a message was sent but I never got it. No apologies or anything.

Then the table we did get was dirty and not cleaned before hand lol.

Our server was a boss and the food was great otherwise!

Visited on a Monday night, not busy. We were seated immediately. Server took our orders promptly and checked in throughout the meal. The food was great. Larger portions than I remember them having. The only issue was the chips were extremely salty. We assumed it was just the initial batch but the second that we got was the same. We really didn't bring it up to the server though, we just didn't eat them.

Ask for Rin!

Hands down, this was the best service we’ve received in a long time.

Rin was extremely attentive to our party of nine — including five children — which is no small task. Anytime we asked for something, it was at our table within minutes. Our drinks were never empty for more than a moment before she was checking in to offer a refill.

Thank you so much, Rin! We truly appreciate your diligence, attentiveness, and dedication to your customers. I sincerely hope the company recognizes you for the exceptional experience you provided today.

We live in Mountain Home, but we would gladly return to this location just to have another dining experience with you!

The food was good and our server started out great—very friendly and attentive.
But the situation with the payment kiosk was incredibly frustrating.

When we were splitting the bill, I selected my items and paid. After running my payment, the kiosk said my 3 for Me ($16.99) wasn’t paid, even though I had just submitted the payment. I tried again—paid AND tipped again—and it still showed unpaid and started throwing error messages.

We let the server know (and by the way, obviously if I were trying to skip out on a bill, I wouldn’t bring the issue to their attention in the first place, I would’ve just left.) Instead of helping, their attitude completely changed, and they told me, “No, you didn’t pay for this” even though I was literally looking at two pending charges from Chili’s on my bank app.

I ended up paying a THIRD time for the same item, and the kiosk STILL showed the same error. All three charges are now pending on my bank statement.

The whole situation honestly ruined what would’ve been a great experience. I won’t be returning.
