Ordered the coconut cookie. Wasn't as pictured but a little more chocolaty.

We had cookies delivered to us on 2/28 around 740pm. I ordered 2 of the 9 mini cookies. We only recieved on box. My husband and I called multiply times to talk to someone the phone rang for 15 minutes and then it offers to leave a VM. Today on 3/1 I have tried to call multiple times and still don’t get answer.

Company is a disaster from the top down. The current regional manager is the epitome of unprofessionalism. Save your money and avoid these overpriced cookies. Go support a local business instead.

Terrible customer service. Three employees working and no one would acknowledge me. Then someone came in after me with an online order that hadn't been started. They helped him before getting to me. Cookie had good flavor, but was really greasy and under baked. It completely fell apart when I picked it up. Not sure I'd recommend this place or not.

The person who was working tonight was extremely rude. We walked in and she rolled her eyes. We asked if she's almost done with work and she said she can't be now because we came in. It was 7:30 and they don't close till 10. I will never come back here and I will let everyone know. Just awful experience.

Purchased some gift cards to giveaway a while ago, and kept one for myself because I thought I could use it one day. Today I used it in-store and the gift card didn't work. The employee said gift cards never worked in the store. WHAATT? We probably spent $80 worth of gift cards and gave them away. That's very scammy of the business to sell gift cards that don't work.
All of the price on the sign are out of date. They raised the price but didn't update the sign.

Thought this would be a fun place to stop with grandkids for a yummy snack while visiting the Village. Cookies were ok, but the employee “helping” us was so rude, I won’t be back. She never cracked even a hint of a helpful smile, seemed inconvenienced that we stopped in, annoyed that we asked for napkins, and refused to get us forks, as those were out, too.

This is my favorite cookie place and I was really excited to show my dad this place and treat him to a delicious cookie but I didn’t realize they close at 5 on Sundays which is perfectly understandable but the doors were not locked at 5 so when I opened the door the guy ran up from behind the counter grabbed the door out of my hands and raised his voice saying they were closed, no sorry no nothing he was just blatantly rude to us like I totally understand not serving customers after you close because they don’t have to but you should have the doors locked and at least turn the customers away nicely so they don’t leave with a sour attitude not wanting to come back because that’s awful customer service 🤷‍♂️ I’m not upset at all about you guys being closed I work in retail as well but the way it was handled was upsetting and it’s not okay to snap at a customer and rip the door out of their hands because you were too lazy to lock your door when you close.
