This place has bad service and managers have bad attitudes. This is the most filthiest place I've ever seen, tables are always dirty, trash cans are full, food on the floor, you ask the employees to clean the table and they give you a dirty look, and can care less if you're going to eat on a filthy table, and the trays are dirty as well. I'd give this place zero Stars if I could.

They’re was an ongoing Bogo Deal on November 26th and it says TIL CLOSE and she’s just being a disrespectful worker. and she didn’t want to do anything about the deal she said the deal had ended when it says til close the online phone call says til close so we tried reaching out to the Chipotle Staff or just someone we can talk too. and all of there calls are AI generated and they couldn’t help us and they just kept repeating what we already knew about the deal going til close i like chipotle but this really killed it for me and i don’t know if i will be coming back complete disrespect from this staff team and i have been a customer of this specific location for a year now

Every time I have gone to this location the rice was either crunchy, the portions were inconsistent, or I was improperly charged. If I was the franchised owner of this store, I would be doing a frantic audit of the place to restore it to the standards that actually bring business.

I love Chipotle, but today I had a bad experience. I ordered my food through them and DoorDash. When my order arrived, I was missing an item. I called Chipotle twice and nobody answered, so I had to drive all the way there.

When I got inside, the customer service wasn’t great. One guy told me he couldn’t help me because he had a huge line. I said that I paid for my food, so my issue should be prioritized. Then I asked to speak to a manager.

The manager was nice and understanding, and he told me to wait a few minutes while he finished a big order, which I understood.

But one thing I noticed bothered me: a coworker came in carrying a big bag of fresh vegetables from outside, put on gloves, and started serving people without washing her hands. I remember when I worked at Chipotle, we had to wash our hands almost every 15 minutes. I’m just confused about what happened nowadays and why nobody is washing their hands when handling food.

WOW!!! Ashley and Manny were stars of the show! (Everyone was great at this location )
Ashley and Manny—They were kind, great customer service, and their energetic positive energy was stellar.
My dad was confused on a promo that was offered and they took the time to explain it to him. His account was signed out and they allowed him extra time to re-sign in to get his rewards points.
Their love, positivity, and charismatic personalities were refreshing! Many businesses lack that now days.
You need more like them on the team!

About half of the rice was undercooked and hard in my bowl. I specifically asked about the rice while ordering at the counter as it looked hard like some of it was really shiny and whiter than the rest. The lady squeezed some and said “no, it’s really mushy like normal” then I go to eat it at home and it was rock hard! This is not the first time this has happened. They need to learn how to cook rice I guess.

I am so mad it’s unreal. Gave this place another chance. Came in, asked the dude to give me half chicken, half barbacoa brown rice bowl. This guy after half way through tells me they don’t have sour cream so I got upset. I then asked for chips and texted my wife if we have sour cream at home, the dude heard me and said oh I can still get you some, we only give it for online orders 🤦‍♂️I was like dude are you serious since when sour cream is for online orders. Anyways he gives me my tap $20. I was like why so much he tried figuring out I gave up just paid took my food and left. I looked at the receipt he charged me for extra barbacoa???? Like are you serious? I asked for half and half. Came home realized he didn’t give me chips. Started to eat my meal, the rice was not cooked at all, my teeth are feeling it. I am so upset and pissed at this point. I can’t believe they can’t get normal workers to get their act together!!

girl at the toppings part of the line was super rude. i didn’t get what i wanted cause she didn’t listen anf i felt really rushed. food wasn’t good, drink machine was down, and service sucked. definitely going to costavida or cafe rio instead from now on
