I stood there as the only person in line for almost 5 mins before any of them acknowledged me, said anything to me, or even made eye contact with me. I waited while 3 of them wandered around up front and none of them said anything. Very unprofessional. Overall, the food is usually decent, but the lack of service was disappointing.

Honestly this might be the worst chipotle in the nation, simply because I had the displeasure to go when the manager was working and he was incredibly rude and unfriendly. Every time I try to give this spot a chance I instantly regret it and question “why did I come here”. Do yourself a favor and drive several miles to go to a different location.

Great food and the guy was super friendly. Restaurant was clean and organized. My biggest complaint is there was an employees kids running around making a lot of noise and causing a small commotion.

Food is often undercooked. Workers are more interested in talking to each other than the customer. And if you ask for light on the sauce they always dump the full ladle anyway… I will be eating at another chipotle or other business entirely in the future.
I would write this a zero but I have to make it a one star review. I ordered a chicken bowl to go barely any rice or beans with chicken also ordered half beef but got steak instead and asked for extra chicken as well and only got three pieces on it. I am extremely upset. I'm the one that's paying extra food so I should be getting extra.

Stopped by at 10pm at night ordered two bowls both with extra meat , portions that they claimed were 4 oz of extra meat was a 2oz ladle plus 3 pieces he went back on the second scoop then my cousin asked if they had brisket the employee proceeded to put it on his bowl without even verifying that he wanted brisket , I asked my cousin are you sure you want brisket that brisket is really old and dry , employee proceeded to put it on the plate either way , so my cousin was forced to get extra meat he didn’t want to be rude or annoying but I asked the employee to make another bowl because the brisket was really dry and burnt his response was if this is going to be an issue we can part ways I asked him are you the manager and he said yes so I asked for his name and he said it’s Seth , very disappointed since we come to this chipotle usually after the gym a couple times a week.
