Your team at this location acknowledged getting the order and just told us “we didn’t make the order”. It was nearly a $600 catering order for a 40 person event, they had no remorse and simply didn’t give a crap that they screwed us over, you just lost a customer today. I can’t believe how ridiculously unprofessional the manager of the branch in meridian, Idaho was. That manager was a terrible representative of your brand. You cost me a ton of time and energy when I ordered a month in advance, got a confirmation order and then just got an “oh well” from the “manager” of this branch. After years of dining with your locations and placing many online orders, I will not be supporting your company any longer, I’m sure you won’t care but I’m blown away at the terrible customer service and experience I had with Chipotle of meridian Idaho today. I’ve never seen anyone completely screw up and order and then simply say yeah we got the order but we didn’t make it and not even care at all. Worst professional experience I’ve had. You guys should strongly consider removing that manager and take a look in the mirror, in the competitive fast food world we have many options and will now only be going to other companies. Plan on seeing this review on yelp and google as well. Even large companies care when they mess up but oh no not your meridian branch. A 40 person corporate event was nearly ruined because your employee didn’t know how to do their job and then didn’t apologize or try to make it right.
Every time I've bought food here in the past few months it's been great. Hits the spot, both chicken and steak bowls. Can't beat the generous guacamole portions.
You know normally a chipotle burrito really hits the spot for me, but this location of chipotle is lowkey buns fr fr. All the teenagers working here are trippin fr. Learn how to wrap a burrito PLEASE.
My wife and I came in close to closing time, and we had a worker by the name of Reagan who served us, and there was a line forming behind us, but Reagan showed great service and great attitude and was moving the line along quickly, and that is to be much appreciated. She definitely deserves a raise and made our experience a 10/10!
Filthy, Filthy, Filthy. Not just this location. It must be a management issue.
Today at 2:10PM – Chipotle: The Disaster Special
Right. Either the manager’s sipping cocktails on a beach, or someone thought it’d be funny to run the place with zero prep and negative enthusiasm.
Let’s do a quick roll call of what was missing:
• No peppers
• No onions
• No black beans
• No pinto beans
• Only brown rice available (white rice had to be fetched from the back like it was contraband)
• No lettuce—it was completely empty
• Most of the toppings looked scraped clean
• Chicken? Cold
• And the entire kitchen? Freezing
• No music—just awkward silence and despair
• Everything we did get? So over-salted it was practically a sodium challenge
Our bowls looked like something from a ration line, not a restaurant. This used to be one of the best locations around. Now? It feels like a bad parody of Chipotle. Hunger Games meets Hell’s Kitchen: Abandoned Edition.
I want my money back. This isn’t what you advertise and it’s not what I paid for. If I don’t hear back from someone, I’m doing a chargeback—because I’m not covering the cost of your kitchen’s existential crisis.
Food is decent, qudoba is a little better.
Friendly, fast, and delicious. After 2 hockey games, it hit the spot. Brisket!!

Literally the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to in my entire life. I don’t usually leave bad reviews. But this is after three or four times of coming here, and them being out of something important every time I come in.
The last time I came in, they were out of bowls. How do you run out of bowls? Tonight they were out of fajita veggies. It wasn’t even busy in there.
Rank incompetence from the management. They don’t know how to train thier staff properly, and they don’t know how to do proper inventory either.
Just terrible.

Amazing place! We’re so friends and the grill lady Brea was amazing, she was running from cutting meat to making burritos to the online orders. Gotta say her food tasted amazing and the brisket was nice and fresh and delicious

Poor management
Thank you for delicious food and good service! In spite of being out of avocado and something else, it was a great experience! I didn't miss the guac because the bowl was delicious! Place was clean! Only very minor complaint was the noise level.
For real!!!
It is such a contrast to my experience of the nasty food and conditions at Cafe Rio in Star!
I'll be back!

I went here for the first time and will not be back. Everything was filthy, every trashcan was over flowing and trash was all over the place. All the tables were dirty, there were no forks, drink lids etc. and the line was out the door. We got our food and it was mediocre at best. I dared to venture into the bathroom before leaving and was not surprised that it was disgusting! No hand soap or paper towels and looked like no one had cleaned it in a very long time. After seeing how dirty everything was I should have just walked right back out. I don’t know how anyone can eat here. GROSS!!
