Service was friendly enough but I’ve been working in kitchens for long enough to know when they are pre closing too early and are refusing to make more of something for customers. No fajitas two hours before close should be considered an unacceptable standard. Update 10/17/25 walked in at 9:45pm I understand that you close in an hour but when a customer comes in and greets you and you don’t respond instead you turn to one of your coworkers to serve me instead laughing as you do it then it can come off as extremely rude. Whoever the manager of this Chipotle is needs to train its night crew because it’s a joke.

My recent and most current review:
Thought I’d give this place one more chance. Ordered a kids meal, Chicken
Quesadilla. I asked the young man if he could chop the chicken up more. He looked at me all confused and said he didn’t think they could do that. I said, just chop it up more with one of your knives. (That’s how they chop up their meat!) So, he put some chicken in a cup, went around to the prep table, dumped it on the dirty table. Then stood there for a few seconds and swept it into a container in the prep table. He then went around the corner where he grabbed his gloves. He then dropped his glove on the filthy floor and preceded to put it on! I told the girl who was asking me about the meal to just give me the chicken in their container. I did not want that chicken because he was handling it with the dirty glove!!! I WILL NEVER EAT AT THIS DISGUSTING PLACE AGAIN! It was slow and tables were dirty and ice machine was empty while there were 5 people working and having a great time laughing and chit chatting. Just unbelievable!! My next call will be the heath department tomorrow. No wonder why people fall ill eating at Chipotle!!

My Last review here:
Bland Steak bowl. Tastes no different than Qdoba or Costa Vida. Chips were stale. Tables dirty when I walked in and only 2 people were ordering. Meh. If I wanted to I could have just gotten the same crappy, tasting meal at Taco Bell for less. Very cold inside. Metal tables? Hard seats. Not welcoming at all.

It is way to spicy for us. Not sure what is going on. I was almost not able to eat my meal. I did not even have kaso on it. Need to cut back hot spices.

I’m not usually one for writing reviews but we have had our orders wrong the last 4 times we’ve gone. Missing items, items added on without ordering them, and not having ingredients added to our order. It would be one thing if it was once but this is becoming a consistent thing and not worth revisiting

I ordered two tacos, when it came the food was literally cold and soggy, they did even put the tacos in a container they put it in tin foil as it was leaking, complete trash

Every single time I go to this location, they mess something up. Usually forgetting an item or 2 in the order. This time, they forgot my guacamole ($2.75 extra) & I had hardly half a bowl worth of food. Absolutely done with this location.

Been going to this particular Chipotle for a while, and I've decided I'm done! About half the time the order is wrong (the burrito doesn't have what I asked for), and this evening they only filled the burrito about halfway. It looks deflated!

The food is expensive. That's fine, but if you charge people $14/burrito, then you should conduct your business with higher standards.

It seems I'm not the only one—there are a lot of bad reviews. Apparently something stinks with the management. Hopefully corporate dispatches a special agent to clean up this mess of a restaurant, but I'm out.
