Came into this chipotle location today and the food was OK, chips were stale but there was a kid behind the counter name Isaac who was a Rockstar, very polite very helpful and just a nice kid !! He made the experience great !! That's management material in my eyes.

Just picked up my order for a triple double catering for 10. On their order sheet, they were suppose to give me 40 oz. They only gave me a 20 oz box. I called the location 3x and they didn’t answer and there was no vm. Then I called corporate and they are tried to refund me $17…they are missing half my meat on an order of close to $180. Don’t order catering from this location.

I was so hungry. Went in ordered a bowl with everything I love. Got home prayed over my food and the very first bite, I start to swallow and begins to feel as though I can't finish swallowing the bite, for some reason. I reach in my mouth and pull out what I thought would be a thin long onion. Nope it's a long string!! It was halfway down my throat so it activated my gag reflex as I pulled it out. So angry! I immediately took the bowl back to them and got my money back. So horribly disappointed. I'll never go back.

Usually hate going into places close to closing but I was hungry and just got off work. They were in the process of cleaning and getting ready to close but still took care of me. Service was excellent, the food was good. I'd be back just because of the service though.

Great new Chipotle location South of the freeway. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Store was clean as it's new. They have 6 to 7 outdoor seating tables. Service with super quick and food was delicious.
Rice is always undercooked and portions are always stingy compared to other Chipotles. I regret moving near this location.

I really had high hopes for my experience, but it went downhill before I entered the store. Nearly 8:30 at night and very dark outside. I nearly drove past the building because they had no lights on the exterior. As I entered, there were zero customers, but I was told I would have to wait a minute because they were taking a staff photograph. Then as someone was taking my order, another staff member jumped in and decided to make his staff meal in front of my order. He placed 3 large scoops of steak onto his burrito.And I asked if that was a standard amount.And he said no, it was for his staff meal. So staff meal is free, and they get triple the amount of protein that guests who are paying do? I ordered the quesadilla, which is not on their menu but is on the mobile app. I was told that I only get 2 sides, even though the container has 3 slots for sides. What?! The food was okay but not hot at all, and the exterior of the building was very dirty as the glass hasn't been cleaned in a long time. I really had high hopes as I have not been to a Chipotle in years, and even though they are getting bad press a chance. My mistake.

I want to preface this review by saying that I am fully aware that Chipotle is a chain restaurant and is not greatly affected by one location doing bad.
This location specifically gives very small portions, and by "small", I mean SMALL.
The rice is scooped as if they were counting the individual grains and they were getting deducted from their salary for giving too much.
The protein is even worse. The employees, all of them so far after 11 visits total, will scoop a tiny bit of your selected protein onto the very tip of their dispensing utensil and then rush you.
All the interactions feel very rushed and careless. The employees carry themselves with a terrible superiority complex attitude.
There are definitely customer service trainings that could be done here to improve the service.
Overall: avoid this location and drive the extra 4 miles to The Village location.
