There was no signage regarding them using peanut oil. They also didn’t know how to use their equipment and it was smoky because of the frying oil and not knowing how to use their ventilation hood.
Parking lot was full, however very few customers inside as well as the next door businesses. When asked, I was told that the Chick-fil-A employees or other business emplyees take all the parking in the parking lot. I would definitely reach out to Property Management. You need parking spaces for your customers, employees at all surrounding businesses should have other designated parking. 😊
Honestly, churros disappearing from Costco was a huge blow. Of the churros I've had in the US, these are definitely up there in terms of quality, texture, and taste that you would expect out of a good churro. If you are around the area of Meridian, it's certainly worth going. The actual retail space is small, so consider looking for a time where they may not be as busy. I do appreciate their willingness to stay open until after 10pm.
