Honestly, the food wasn’t that good. It was super expensive for how not amazing it was. I make cinnamon rolls at home I and know it’s a process! That is why I don’t mind paying, but if mine at home are way better (according to my teen, husband, cousin) that is saying something. I am disappointed. They wouldn’t even eat them. I wish I would’ve saved my money.

Ordered 3 cinnamon rolls to take home. Half way through one of them I came upon a white or blond hair. Could have been in the dough as it was in the middle of the roll or perhaps in the icing. It wasn’t mine as I have brown hair . Next day I called to let the manager know and was told by an employee she would have her call me . I wanted to suggest use of hair nets if not using them may help . I never received a call back thus I felt I should share on this platform .

I get my indulgent weekend treats here nearly every week. The cinnamon rolls are awesome, of course, and I love that there is a massive range of toppings and frosting flavors to choose from--including fresh fruit and nuts, which help make these beasts a bit more nutritious--but my favorite item is actually the chocolate chip cookies ? They are so perfect it makes me feel like I may as well give up baking, lol.
Earlier this year I ordered the cinnacake for a special occasion, and it was a total showstopper! Absolutely delicious and easily serves 12 people with big servings, or twice that with reasonable servings. You get to pick your toppings, so you can customize it to the occasion, too.
Another favorite of mine is the Cookie Monster Roll. Getting cookie dough on top of a cinnamon roll is one of the most indulgent things you can do, and Cinnaholic nails it perfectly.
The only downside to Cinnaholic is not many of the seasonal items are listed on food delivery apps. I always want to try them all but rarely get the chance, since I live far enough away that it's not worth it to spend an hour+ driving, parking, walking, ordering, waiting, eating, and then getting home, just for dessert.
All in all, I highly recommend giving Cinnaholic a try if you're looking for a sweet treat that's worth every calorie!

I stopped in for a cinnamon roll this morning and the only person working ignored me standing at the counter while she rearranged bottled water in the fridge. Eventually two more customers walked in, talking and laughing, and she didn’t turn to greet them, either. After she finished arranging the water she came over the counter and asked what we’d like. No smile, no greeting, no “thanks for waiting”. Very odd experience.

Icing tasted like eating a scented candle, very artificial taste. The plain cinnamon role is fine, nothing noteworthy. Our 13 and 16 year-old teens would not eat more than a few bites, which is telling. Very expensive for what it is.

WOW! These are the BEST cinnamon rolls ever! The owner was so nice and helped us choose the perfect combo (there are a ton of options) and the shop is right by the beautiful fountains so you can sit and enjoy the view while you have your tasty treat!

This experience was a disaster. I never write reviews but I feel a civil responsibility to. This is what happened. My first time going to Cinnaholic was amazing. I went to the Greensboro, NC location on Christmas Eve last year, ordered the Very Berry Roll, and was very impressed. The 2nd photo is a reference photo. This time, I went to the Meridian, ID location and I have only one thing to say:I am deeply ashamed and felt humiliated for recommending this place to my fiancé’s family. This cinnamon rolls we all ordered came in very messy and does not look like my first experience. The first photo looks like they rushed my cinammon roll.I will not be going to this store anymore due to it’s inconsistency in service.

I was impressed by the amount of options and the cinnamon roll I had was good. The people were also really nice, and the place was neat and nicely decorated. But there was no indoor seating. There was space for at least three 2-person tables, but it was just empty floor space. They had tables outside, but it was below freezing and they were covered in snow. I asked where we could eat while seated, and they suggested The Village's concierge. There were just two seats that weren't right next to the ginormous bathrooms. (We were a group of three, so we just ended up standing.) The deep-dish plastic packaging made it difficult to cut with the plastic fork and knife, which interestingly came with salt and pepper. Also, there was no option for a printed receipt. Just text or email. ...Once they have indoor seating and serve the cinnamon rolls on ceramic dishes with metal utensils, I will be glad to upgrade my review to five stars. ...Thanks for the delicious rolls!

I've been meaning to try this bakery out for awhile. Finally picked up a few cinnamon rolls and I was not disappointed. I got the original, chocolate peanut butter cup, and coconut. It was so good to have a treat and to of course order anything from the menu. #Veganuary

Busy but day after Thanksgiving! Tasty! There was only one worker and doing the best she could I’m sure- but a lot of grumpy and outspoken impatient people - we were thankful she was working. Others should have more empathy.
