We stopped in shortly before closing for our daughter’s birthday. Cooper was such a wonderful person he even got all the crew to sing Happy Birthday to her. Such a sweet experience:) Ice cream was delicious but the customer service was beyond the best

We ordered online thinking it would go well. When we went in to pick up our order they were still making it, the guy with longer hair did not have his hair tied back and he seemed high. We asked for one with Oreo/ cake batter with nilla wafer mix in and a waffle cone another with mint/cookie dough with brownie mixed in. There was no waffle cone and they put one in a like it cup inside of a love it cup (we only ordered love it sizes). Both had the wrong flavors in it and were overly sweet with the texture of glue and slightly melted.

Last 2 delivery orders were disappointing. A barely half filled Gotta Have It on one order and then a Gotta Have it ordered but a Love It cup tucked inside a Gotta Have It cup is what we got. Not the the quality of service that I expect from Cold Stone.

amazing service! noah v. helped me out and answered my absolute cavelcade of questions in a calm, collected, and friendly manner. this is peak food service tbh and i'll definitely be back here because of him. i was having a rough day but this brightened it immensely. shoutout to the whole team as well for being upbeat and glorious. can't express my gratitude enough 🙏

Awful service, group of teen boys doing nothing but fighting and talking bad about customers as they are right there. One guy was up front making ice cream as there was a line to the door, while we Waited almost 45 minutes waiting for these other 5 employees to even come from the back and help this kid out. Don’t know the kids name but he was great, gave us a 25% discount for the wait

Had an online order that was supposed to be ready at 7:27pm. Showed up at that time. Right when I walk in 3/4 workers are standing around talking, but didn’t feel the need to greet me, when I walked up to the counter for online- pick up and stood there for about 2 min . Still didn’t greet me; asks if I have an online order which I give the name for. He said it’ll be a minute (on the app it said picked up, which was confusing) he then takes literally 10-15 minutes to make 1 ice cream bowl. It would’ve been much faster to order in store but I was trying to save time since my pregnant wife was craving cold stone! There were multiple people that didn’t have an online order made until they walked in the door and still got it faster than mine somehow, guy who was making mine went to the back room multiple times, not sure just to take a break or what because he never came back with something in his hands. Gave off the energy that they didn’t want to be there, finally got my order at 7:45. I usually never leave reviews but these guys really couldn’t have cared any less than they did.

Not great. Had a gift card for my birthday so did an online order and came in at 8:30PM for my order that was supposed to be ready at 8:15PM. At 8:40PM I interrupted to ask if they had an order for my name and they just said yes and grabbed it out of a freezer. No thank you no sorry about that nothing. Surely wouldn’t spend my real dollars here.

This place is a disaster, waited in line for 20 minutes while all the employees were laughing and talking to each other. All of the ice cream is cross contaminated and not clean at all, the floor and counters looked like a warzone.
Pathetic ice cream taco, poor presentation nothing like pictured or what we’ve seen on videos. Pretty disappointed

The staff don’t know what a smile is. Looked like they wanted to be anywhere else. I had the sweet cream with an old brown banana and a dash (barely) of chocolate fudge. Won’t hurry back…My wife worked retail for 30 years and was fit to be tied and the gentleman in front of us laughed out load and said his kids could run rings around this crew. 😂

I ordered a shake and when I received it, it was so runny. Like crazy. I asked them to make it more thick than that and they said they aren’t allowed to put more in it to make it thicker. It was like juice. I know it’s hard to tell from pictures but I’ll still post them, wish I could put the video I took of it. Very disappointing.
