Rooms: Very clean even though im not a fan of carpet. But the carpets all seem new. Nice that yhe staff come in your room every day and cleans and new towels. Very nice
Nearby activities: Lot of eateries near by and down the road
Walkability: Great breakfast within walking distance is Moe Joe's. Undoutdedly the best breakfast we have had in many years.

This was our first experience with this hotel. When we pulled in to the parking lot is looked to be a great place to stay. Our initial greeting at the desk was good but the lady checking us in got a little snarky with my husband. We were anxious to get to our room after being on the road for 9 hours. The floor in the lobby and to the elevator was sticky and dirty. Our room looked nice at first glance; however upon further inspection it appeared to be “covertly” dirty. The toilet had old dried urine spray all over it. It appeared that not everything in the bathroom had been replaced from the previous guest. The room was hot when we entered. The mini fridge barely worked. The amenities were lacking. You have to become a Marriot member or pay for WiFi. The room had it been clean had potential. However when you find a less than clean space it’s hard to relax. The ice machine on the 2nd floor wasn’t working. Overall it was just ok and not at all worth the price we paid. I would not recommend this place. So disappointed.

My daughter's wedding was here and they were great. Wedding and reception held here, they were very understanding and helpful in celebrating both. Thanks to everyone for this ☺️
Rooms: Bridal suit was great, could use a place to hang a wedding dress up in the bedroom.
Food & drinks: All good

I’ve stayed in many Marriott properties over my career. This courtyard is in a great location, away from the freeway yet close enough to jump on in less than 5 minutes. Friendly staff and clean comfortable rooms.
Rooms: Great showers. AC works great and the showers have awesome pressure.

The thing I liked most about this hotel was that it was in a quiet business district, surrounded by lush greenery. It was nice to get out and go for a walk nearby. Beyond that, our stay was absolutely wonderful. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room and hotel were clean, and there was plenty of parking. It was close to everything we needed, including the freeway. Would absolutely stay again!

Called the hotel prior to booking to inquire about staying with a pet. Manager said no problem, just a small form to fill out. No mentioning of any fees. On check in got presented with $85 fee, comparable to the cost of the room. Manager said it was posted on Expedia. Made him look in my presence and the fee listed on Expedia was $10. He blamed it on Expedia being inaccurate and told me to check the hotel web site. Unbelievable.

I've stayed here a few times now, one of my preferred hotels in the Boise area. The mattress fits me perfectly! Nice clean rooms, the hotel is laid out well and good access to lots of dining. Breakfast is not included, but there is a bistro in the lobby.
Our company rented a conference room for the day. We were working with clients and were finishing up. A young man named Jesse came in holding a contract and using a very rude and unprofessional tone said we were 30 minutes last our time of 9:00pm (9:30pm) and we needed to leave NOW. He didn't come in and professionally ask how much longer would we be there etc. he came in a rudely proclaimed this in front of our clients. When I tried to explain to him we hold these workshops 50 weeks a year at hotels all over the country and we've never been forced out or talked to in this manner he told us "Their customers know the rules" and we need to go. When we first got to this hotel a woman came in and saw we came in with personal drinks (Mountain Dew) she told us we were not supposed to have outside beverages....We will make note of this location and will never come back. And Marriott Corp will be notified also.
