I've stayed here a few times now, one of my preferred hotels in the Boise area. The mattress fits me perfectly! Nice clean rooms, the hotel is laid out well and good access to lots of dining. Breakfast is not included, but there is a bistro in the lobby.

Our company rented a conference room for the day. We were working with clients and were finishing up. A young man named Jesse came in holding a contract and using a very rude and unprofessional tone said we were 30 minutes last our time of 9:00pm (9:30pm) and we needed to leave NOW. He didn't come in and professionally ask how much longer would we be there etc. he came in a rudely proclaimed this in front of our clients. When I tried to explain to him we hold these workshops 50 weeks a year at hotels all over the country and we've never been forced out or talked to in this manner he told us "Their customers know the rules" and we need to go. When we first got to this hotel a woman came in and saw we came in with personal drinks (Mountain Dew) she told us we were not supposed to have outside beverages....We will make note of this location and will never come back. And Marriott Corp will be notified also.

A very average Marriott. Waking up to garbage trucks at 4am was a real treat after sleeping on your pillows that have approximately one cotton ball of stuffing in each. The pantry is basically non existent unless you want $3 bottles of 16oz Costco water. We are gold elite and supposed to receive a free upgrade, nope. Not great, the nearby Hyatt is better.. wouldn't stay here again and reconsidering business with Marriott as a whole.. they seem to have gone downhill.

CONS: Price gouging!Breakfast is not complimentary.Small waters in your room are $5!!Parking in the parking lot is charged!! Yes even after spending all that money on your room you're charged to park!!Pros:The room was clean and comfortable. Just not worth the price of admission.
Absolutely the worst mattress EVER! Neither my husband nor myself slept at all. Hard as a rock. Good mattresses are kinda essential to having a good hotel stay.

It's actually great and in my world, 5 stars. Loved the staff. Room was super clean, the girls that assist in caring for the rooms were fun and nice. The location was OK, I needed it to be walking distance to a convenience store, butthat's not marriotts fault. That's just life.
