Second time at this Culver's. From Pierce County Washington. But whenever I'm in Boise I hit up this place. Fast food never tasted so good. The man who took our order was a shift lead named Matt. He was awesome. I mentioned it was only my second time there and he was happy to hear I was there. Not familiar with the Culver's menu so I asked his suggestions. Culver's Double Deluxe is a must have. Ice cream was amazing too. Good suggestions and a great customer service on his part, that man deserves a raise!
Would recommend to anyone, local or abroad!

Everyone was friendly it was busy, but we got our food fast. Our order was right.
I usually expect better from Culver’s, but my visit today was frustrating. The “team trainer” Sarah who took my to-go order was unprofessional and came across as unpleasant and borderline rude. The tone and attitude were unnecessary and made the whole interaction uncomfortable.
A team trainer should be one of the strongest customer service people in the building, because they’re literally setting the example for others. This interaction did the opposite. Hoping management addresses it, because it left a really bad impression.

Used to love going here. My son and I both ordered a chicken sandwich. He takes two bites and the middle of the sandwich is still frozen. I ate half of mine and then bit into a frozen center. They refunded me our money back but it’s beyond me why they don’t check the temps of the food they sell.

I placed an order on the culvers app today on 9/24/25 around 3pm, and when I went inside the store to pick it up the girl with brown curly hair and glasses at the register got really nasty with me when I mentioned that I ordered on the app. A couple months ago we also had this employee in the drive through and they were impatient and snippy then as well. I think I'll stick with going to in n out after work from now on, better prices and customer service.
