I placed an order on the culvers app today on 9/24/25 around 3pm, and when I went inside the store to pick it up the girl with brown curly hair and glasses at the register got really nasty with me when I mentioned that I ordered on the app. A couple months ago we also had this employee in the drive through and they were impatient and snippy then as well. I think I'll stick with going to in n out after work from now on, better prices and customer service.

The Wisconsin chain made it to Idaho. Good too! The place is clean as a whistle, the food is fairly priced, and salads are no-cost alternatives to fries. Make sure to order a frozen custard. The staff go out of their way to be friendly and helpful too. This place is a winner in every way, except that the area's traffic is terrible.
A second visit was enlightening. I was early for a lunch date. The manager let me have a solo cup for a drink while I waited. Then I skipped the cup when my lunch date showed up and we later ordered our meals. Very nice customer service.

From start to finish everybody was very polite and welcoming. They exceed customer service expectations, at least today’s crew did (9/11/2025 @ 1pm) hopefully the employees working will get a good job out of this cause they deserve it. The guy who brought the food to the truck was very polite, I’m sure he was busy but still gave me a minute of his time (I told him about a couple walking apps that pay gift cards. His name was Matt, he let me know it was cooking fresh and would be right out when he walked past my truck from delivering another order to a different car, very upbeat smiling guy. Great customer service, thank you.

Consistently the worst drive thru of any place I've ever been too. I'm pretty sure waiting 20+ minutes in line for a cheeseburger defeats the whole purpose of a drive thru. It's 50/50 if you get a chance to take a nap in line or not. Cars behind getting orders first, a few cars in front getting orders....makes no sense. Fix it.
I got a Spicy Chicken Sandwich and it's a mess. I asked for it to be cut in half so I could share, but they barely cut through the chicken. This place is a mess constantly and they always get orders wrong. I've already talked to a DM previous and received some compensation for a disrespectful assistant manager who no longer works there after the interaction. I see things have not improved.

Expensive and great food but have to be careful with checking your food before leaving as they tend to forgot food and it's too expensive for you to get home and realize they forgot your kids food.
