Cupbop - Korean BBQ

Ordered to go order, arrived, was told it would be another 10 minutes, our food was sitting out on the counter, not under heat but then others were served for the 10 minutes. The noodles were pale, not the usual color, and cold and rice was hard when we received them. There was one person working the counter and she seemed overwhelmed. This place seems to really have gone down hill. Such a bummer.

i don’t really leave reviews like ever but i wanted to appreciate the service i was given today by a kind and patient young lady named Aaliyah tonight, she was alone when i came in for my order but handled everything so well and really did her thing (: (by the way i ordered an all cheese k-dog & a veggie bop bowl thing) the lobby was very clean, i didn’t wait too long for my order and she was super chill and does well under stress. food 10/10 costumer service 10/10 this was actually my only good experience out of the few times i have come here this year. (give her a raise, she carries ^_~)

We had a gentleman named Kevin serve us our food, he was absolutely wonderful! My husband and our five kids enjoyed his attitude and conversation. Something you don't see much nowadays. That alone is enough of a reason to come back. The kids love having a fun yummy meal every once in a while and having him around was just a cherry on top!

I placed an order to go and when I got home with the food I noticed some black things in it. Upon further examination I discovered countless chunks of black, what I assume is part of the pan, in both my food and my husband’s. We couldn’t even eat it. I tried to call and also reach the store via email and never got a response.

Had 2 of the bowls: chicken on both bowls were very dry. Noodles and rice were good, protein was dried out and difficult to chew.

Customer service was great and cashier was nice!
