Cupbop - Korean BBQ

Did this place get bought out? LONG TIME fan of this place but the food quality had dropped significantly. My gf and I obsessed over this place for years but the last 2 times have been horrendous and we could not finish our bowls this time around. Seems the workers are always fooling around in the back and don’t greet customers anymore.

The chicken was way too rubbery, the noodles so thin, the sauce too watery 🤮 The store looks ran down and dirty. It sucks we’ll likely never get to experience the Cupbop we fell in love with ever again.

This place used to be 5 stars, but the quality has gone down, the service is way slower and non-caring, and the music went from K Pop to awful rap.

Food is food but every time I come in there is only 1 persong working and it takes 7 min to serve one customer, horrible

When I first walked in I said hello and received no hi, hello ,anything, I walked up to the counter and watched one employee make eye contact with me then continue talking to another employee. I had then waited for a couple minutes to be served… mind you I’m the only customer in the store. I had requested extra sauce which I didn’t receive so I had to wave down one of the three workers that were walking out the back of the store were I was greeted by Aliya with and under her breath “oh my god”. Sorry to interrupt your vape break I just wanted the extra sauce I was promised.

Ordered to go order, arrived, was told it would be another 10 minutes, our food was sitting out on the counter, not under heat but then others were served for the 10 minutes. The noodles were pale, not the usual color, and cold and rice was hard when we received them. There was one person working the counter and she seemed overwhelmed. This place seems to really have gone down hill. Such a bummer.

i don’t really leave reviews like ever but i wanted to appreciate the service i was given today by a kind and patient young lady named Aaliyah tonight, she was alone when i came in for my order but handled everything so well and really did her thing (: (by the way i ordered an all cheese k-dog & a veggie bop bowl thing) the lobby was very clean, i didn’t wait too long for my order and she was super chill and does well under stress. food 10/10 costumer service 10/10 this was actually my only good experience out of the few times i have come here this year. (give her a raise, she carries ^_~)

We had a gentleman named Kevin serve us our food, he was absolutely wonderful! My husband and our five kids enjoyed his attitude and conversation. Something you don't see much nowadays. That alone is enough of a reason to come back. The kids love having a fun yummy meal every once in a while and having him around was just a cherry on top!
