So slow man took 10 minutes to bag items. Incredibly dirty. Would not recommend.

I ordered their new Oreo fudge brownie blizzard. One question, where is the fudge? This looks just like a normal Oreo blizzard to me. When I asked the staff if this was the correct order, they said yes. There is no fudge taste at all to this blizzard. Barely any brownie pieces as well. If I did not know what I ordered I would have thought that this was just a normal Oreo blizzard. I am very disappointed. I ordered through the drive-through at the water tower location in Meridian.

Thanks a bunch for overfilling my mini blizzard. My husband was alone and had to make sure this didn’t spill anywhere else on the drive back home. Get it together DQ. Maybe offer lids while you’re at it. At least it tastes good.

Nice staff quick service. I went at 2pm so I would expect longer wait times in peak hours.

The worst customer service experience ever!! I stopped by there and bought one mini blizzard and one sundae, they were barely put into the cup carrier, when I got back to work I grabbed the cup carrier and both of them fell out onto the ground. I went back to see if I could get them replaced, and the employees were so rude and said no you have to pay for them again, and stated that they were in a carrier, she also asked me if I brought the 2 that were on the ground back!! Really??? Worst customer service experience ever!!

This has to be the worst Dairy Queen I’ve visited, and I more than likely will not be returning, which is unfortunate because my 4 year old loves this place.

Why are paying customers made uncomfortable by the Dairy Queen employees not doing anything about non-paying pre-teens throwing candy, being obnoxious and cussing?

Please don’t respond with your corporate “copy and paste” response. Advice your employees to handle these obnoxious kids accordingly.

Great place to chill with friends and maybe get some icecream. But the last few times I've been and order with family/larger groups of friends the food came out room temperature at best and just seemed like it had sat for a while before it was brought out. When I order something smaller its usually okay but even just ordering for 3-4 people the food comes out mediocre.

I really like this place for the quality but mostly for the service.

The only reason I ranked the atmosphere a four star is that it’s a bit dark inside which tends to make it dreary if it’s not a very well lit day. I advise adding some more lighting or different types of lighting to brighten it up.

Whoever hires the staff is doing a great job because they upbeat and they look like the genuinely want to be there. They are engaged and happy. That’s the true reason for the five star rank.

We always order blizzards and they always come as expected so you’re doing a great job on quality.

We will be customers.

All workers refused to acknowledge all members of my family while there was nobody else in the place, other than around 8 workers who stood around the whole time. Said excuse me multiple times to a manager to pick up our order and turned her back and walked away. Other worker also refused to acknowledge us and had to try and get his attention around 6 times no joke to get him
to say anything. I don’t know who was working 7/27 at dinner time, but a manager should probably check that and make sure their employees know how to talk to customers.

One of my blizzards had a hole at the bottom and no spoon, one had a spoon that was bent inside and spilt everywhere, one just spilt everywhere, and same with another.

I placed an order on Uber eats and I’m so fed up with them never getting my order fully right, I got a combo of the chili dog and only received my fries and drink…. What the hell man who pays for a whole meal but only receives the fries and drink…-Susan

Tried to visit here on10:30 on a Friday night. Drive thru closed... 1/2 hour early... I mean you understand people follow your posted hours... could you as well maybe?
