I only ever get the Oreo Blizzard, and somehow this location is the only one in the Treasure Valley that understands the assignment. They actually leave chunks of cookie in there instead of blending it into a sad, gray paste. Texture matters—and these folks get it.

Service is quick, friendly, and consistent. Honestly, it's worth the drive from Caldwell just to be reminded that DQ still has standards somewhere.

This location is absolutely awful. The staff doesn't take their jobs seriously and was just messing around. I came in for my mobile order and they said it wasn't ready so I said okay I am going to just sit down right here. I thought that since they knew I was in the building they would call my name when my order was ready. Silly me for thinking this because after a while I went up to check again if it was ready and it was just on the counter. 🤨 save yourself time and go the location in nampa on 12th Ave. Their staff actually care and do their job correctly.

Atrocious customer service. I was standing waiting to place an order for almost 20 minutes. I brought it to staff attention but all they did was apologize.
I want to clarify that there were no other customers in the lobby waiting to place an order. Meanwhile, staff were walking back and forth behind counter seeing i was not being assisted. There were two staff talking to a supervisor in an office that is next to the front counter and apparently the supervisor never bothered to tell them to go to work! Or check to make sure there are no customers!

The guy at the front when there was no one at the register was wiping counters even asking how everything was going. This location is the best one around and very clean.

Drive thru line is crazy slow, not worth it. 22 minutes from ordering till we got three ice cream cones. It didn’t appear the two cars in line ahead of us got anything more than a few ice creams either… not sure what the hold up is.

5 decade long DQ customer. Excellent fresh food here.

But please, for the love of God, get your app and ordering system in check. If I order something for pickup at 5pm but end up early at 4:45, why should I wait until 5pm + (Total 25 minutes) the extra time you’re behind with orders? With today’s tech, unacceptable.

Went through the drive through tonight. Watched the four cars in front of me get their food at the window, then when it was my turn, was instructed to pull up into the waiting spot. 15 minutes later, was told to move into another spot. The ice cream had melted by this point. Another almost ten minutes later, I finally got my food, and they didn’t even give me the fry sauce I asked for. When I asked for it, the curly haired kid scoffed, rolled his eyes, and stormed off, then brought some back and all but threw it in my face, he had so much attitude. Highly recommend not wasting your time here. I will be intrigued as to what copy/paste excuse of a reply they generate to explain away this one.

I ordered their new Oreo fudge brownie blizzard. One question, where is the fudge? This looks just like a normal Oreo blizzard to me. When I asked the staff if this was the correct order, they said yes. There is no fudge taste at all to this blizzard. Barely any brownie pieces as well. If I did not know what I ordered I would have thought that this was just a normal Oreo blizzard. I am very disappointed. I ordered through the drive-through at the water tower location in Meridian.

Thanks a bunch for overfilling my mini blizzard. My husband was alone and had to make sure this didn’t spill anywhere else on the drive back home. Get it together DQ. Maybe offer lids while you’re at it. At least it tastes good.
