Ethan at the window was very kind and sweet however, the manager we could hear yelling at him inside the store was incredibly rude. I should not be able to hear you yelling at your employees through the window. Especially when he was being very fast and attentive.

The food and ice cream are always good. Freshly cooked and hot. The prices are quite reasonable. The Reward Program is great so be sure and join to take advantage of the deals.

They went above and beyond for my grandkids when called and asked if they had the snownam cupcakes we had seen pictured online. They took my phone number and called two days later to tell me the cupcakes were ready! They had never made them before but made them for us anyway❤️

I've had the unique problem when visiting DQ in Boise, their blizzards are runny. Not here. They correctly made the food order. I know it sounds like a stupid but the Boise stores quality has dropped so significantly that I have to go to a different city in order to get a consistent quality of food. This store nailed it on the first try.

The poor girl at the inside counter was swamped and short staffed I’m guessing. I was patient and waited because I’ve been there. She made it her job to provide excellent customer service and got me a free fries coupon! I really appreciate her going out of her way! Great job

Don’t get blizzards here!!! After waiting a really long time I finally got my 2 blizzards and they were super runny and dripping down the sides. No lids, no napkins, just a mess. They didn’t do the blizzard test because it would’ve all come out but I’d waited so long with my toddler I didn’t want to wait for them to make it again. At least the tasted fairly good but it was some of the runniest ice cream I’ve ever had.

Save yourself the disappointment and just go somewhere else.

Every freaking time I go here the “chocolate ice cream machine is down” but tonight I was told it was just shut down for the night? Then when I asked if it wasn’t working they said, no just wasn’t on? I’m so confused. You’re an ice cream place, literally. I don’t get it why your location is so trash. Do better, it’s ice cream for Christ sake.

I only ever get the Oreo Blizzard, and somehow this location is the only one in the Treasure Valley that understands the assignment. They actually leave chunks of cookie in there instead of blending it into a sad, gray paste. Texture matters—and these folks get it.

Service is quick, friendly, and consistent. Honestly, it's worth the drive from Caldwell just to be reminded that DQ still has standards somewhere.

This location is absolutely awful. The staff doesn't take their jobs seriously and was just messing around. I came in for my mobile order and they said it wasn't ready so I said okay I am going to just sit down right here. I thought that since they knew I was in the building they would call my name when my order was ready. Silly me for thinking this because after a while I went up to check again if it was ready and it was just on the counter. 🤨 save yourself time and go the location in nampa on 12th Ave. Their staff actually care and do their job correctly.
