We received an ad in the mail showing Del Taco had $5, $7 and $9 boxes. I asked for $7 boxes they are $8.50. They aren’t in boxes (not a big deal) they are in small bags. There was supposed to be a chicken taco in each one, but one bag had two soft beef tacos. I’m mostly irritated that the prices were more than what the ad says. If the price is not correct for our local Del Taco please send out ads with the correct price. Thanks!

I picked up an order from DoorDash recently at this location and after I delivered the food to my customer I got a very angry phone call about how I didn’t do my job correctly and so I offered to fix the issue. They said they were missing 3 burgers from their order. So I went back to the store and told them about the customers missing items. What they told me was that they shut the grills down at 10pm that night which is about an hour before close. I just looked it up and it doesn’t say in their policy or anywhere that they regularly do this. I didn’t feel that the employees answer was justified and it made my bad night worse. So please either put it up everywhere that you shut your burger grills early or keep them on since that’s your job.
