Delsa’s Ice Cream

Hours aren't correct. Showed up and it was closed. Probably won't be back.

After skipping the Delsas booth at the Fair, my family still was craving ice cream, just a bit quieter and maybe a hint cheaper. The Ustick location was closing and told us so upon entrance. We then saw that the McMillan location could still be open.
Capri/Delsas was technically closed, but upon entrance the gentleman behind the icecream counter assured us we were welcome to enjoy some ice cream and stay. The ice cream was delicious, service was friendly, and we were so happy to have stopped. The flavors available, clean and enjoyable dining room and personable service won me over. I'll be returning. Try the honey cornbread ice cream. No really, it's great!

Says on their door they close at 8. Online it says 2:30. They should really fix that!!

Went to the Meridian Capri/Delsa's for the first time, after visiting Boise downtown's Capri & Delsa's Ice Cream on Ustick. I must say first, excellent breakfast food. A protein packed meal for me & a carb/sugar overload for my companion lol.I'm one for diggin' the greasy spoon joints of this country! Capri Boise wins that award hands down & I feel "at home" there! Delsa's on Ustick is the cutest Summer place to enjoy outdoor eating & the combo shops in Meridian are newer, cleaner lined versions of the other 2. While there, I witnessed several local loyal customers come & go! Says good things about it! But, it was much farther from me than I anticipated lolI guess nothing can tear me away from a more "at home" feel!I just love Capri!!

Vegetarian options: I was unaware eggs were considered vegetarian? But there are many options & substitutes that can be utilized.

Parking: While the lot was full when I got there at 1230, there were plenty of spots available after 2 when I left. The lot has other businesses attached to it as well. There may be more parking around back, I didn't check.

Kid-friendliness: Plenty of room for kids & open space makes use of high chairs.

Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of room for wheelchair use

A decent selection of ice cream that is very tasty. My wife and kid had ice cream (good!), but what caught my eye was the huckleberry cheesecake. It's a big slice of good solid cheesecake, but the kicker is the whole huckleberries. Delicious.

The ice cream is great, but i spent over $4 for a cone and the ice cream amount was so SMALL.
