Went to the Meridian Capri/Delsa's for the first time, after visiting Boise downtown's Capri & Delsa's Ice Cream on Ustick. I must say first, excellent breakfast food. A protein packed meal for me & a carb/sugar overload for my companion lol.I'm one for diggin' the greasy spoon joints of this country! Capri Boise wins that award hands down & I feel "at home" there! Delsa's on Ustick is the cutest Summer place to enjoy outdoor...
A decent selection of ice cream that is very tasty. My wife and kid had ice cream (good!), but what caught my eye was the huckleberry cheesecake. It's a big slice of good solid cheesecake, but the kicker is the whole huckleberries. Delicious.
