Ordered Vietnamese coffee with boba, only really came for the boba, waited for 25 minutes only to get a disgusting coffee with little to no condensed milk and no boba in it. The person at the checkout knew they were out of boba, accepted my order with boba and never informed they were out of it.

Was there yesterday. Boba was great as well as service but only had one employee who did amazing serving everyone but was definitely short handed. Do better by your employees please. Hope you appreciate his hard work and don’t take him for granted!

This is just unacceptable. Walk in there is huge menus up on back wall for everything except ice cream and dognuts. One small paper by register with prices. 3 dognuts for $10. Then I select doughnut and it's magical $5.35 for one dognut, apparently it's premium priced, but no mention anywhere in the one piece of paper that lists dognut prices. So I pick a different dognut, Register then rings up price higher still but no sales tax. Not sure what accounting gimmick this is but prices need to be clearly marked, with a menu, and any deviation from menu price needs to be listed, not a surprise. It's just simple business.

The atmosphere was great, super cute shop! However, the boba (I got a tigers milk tea with brown sugar tapioca) was very mediocre; I was quite disappointed. The boba itself was very flavorless and was all stuck together, so I didn't get very much in the drink. I wouldn't mind so much but the drink cost almost $7, a little much for such a mid boba tea; but in all fairness maybe I just chose the wrong drink ?‍♀️. The mochi doughnuts however were delicious! My personal favorite were the churro ones. The service was great and servers were very friendly.

Mochi donuts can be quite good. It is ridiculous that they are selling these at a super premium price. I got a 6 CT of donuts for the family, 2 had an upcharge, and it was just under $20.The problem is they sucked at making the donuts. We tried the glazed donut first and all you taste is oil. All the donuts were like this. They aren't cooking them right, they fill with oil because the oil isn't hot enough when they cook it. Now we are all going to have indigestion from trying them all, thanks.

Great first experience, very much a popular teen location. Really enjoyed the recommended drink from the staff. We'll be back to try out more items!

Was excited to see that they were selling tanghulu here, so we stopped by to order. It was $7.50 per stick which is a little pricey but it would’ve been ok if it was good. The sugar was sticky and just attached to our teeth making it impossible to eat so I had to throw it out. It looked like it was gonna be good but was disappointed that we paid that much just to have to throw it away. Don’t recommend

This place not only has beautiful design, but quality food. My family tried the donuts and they were FANTASTIC!! The drinks were also incredible. It was really busy when we came in but it wasn’t too loud. It was still peaceful and very clean. I highly recommend stopping in!

Loved it here, the staff was really nice and patient with me as I wasn't sure what to buy. Smelt really nice inside and my drink and mochi donuts were really tasty, 10/10 recommend coming with friends or family, or by yourself if that's more your thing!
