The delivery was perfect, having ordered from Store #7377, EXCEPT for my ignorance about how your tipping process works. When I placed my order online I thought I was including my tip in my purchase. No wonder I got a very strange and sad look from the young lady who brought our dinners to my home. The receipt clearly shows that I was not charged the tip that I thought I’d included. Delivery was wrong. Ordered a cheese pizza and they sent a whole pizza with only sauce! 3 very disappointed kids. I called to ask if they can make it right and the girl on the phone said she can put another one in but I would have to pay for it.

I ordered. Pizza for delivery tonight. I recent had a surgery so not driving. When I got the pizza it was not made correctly.
