We place party order they drop off someone else's order then we call for our order and they tell us sorry 2 hrs so we'll refund unbelievable

Some lady refused to give me a refund for a burnt paper thin pizza. The guy that spoke to me before admitted they have had new people not knowing what to do. When asked for a refund they refused and said because it’s the next business day they can’t do anything. Gift certificate for another burnt pizza? No thank you. Manager wasn’t even there and she hung up and didn’t care whatsoever. Service is shitty. First time picking up pizza here and definitely the last.

The assistant manager Kylie was absolutely amazing! Only one working and was still speedy and super kind. Best customer service I’ve ever received. This Dominos isn’t the closest to my house but I will drive the extra just to see her from now on based on the service I received. Thank you Kylie and I hope you get a raise, you deserve it! ❤️
