Not service friendly. Manager didn't take anytime to help his underlings work through issues. Denied all options for wrong delivery. When I reordered, he called back with the rudest tone I've been met with, to make sure my order was going to "the right place." Mistakes happen, its not a cut throat industry, lighten up.Done with dominoes for a bit.

I ordered through Uber Eats and specifically requested to meet at location upon arrival (front door to the apartment). Driver left the food on the ground and took off. Either the driver can't read or he/she doesn't understand the definition of service.

Excellent service delivery and food was delicious and well done!! Extravaganza pizza 🍕 was extremely delicious!! Their parmigian bread was delicious 😋 and buffolo wings.
Ordered pizza on the app at 6pm. Called after 20 mins to see if they had an update and the guy that answered didn't know. App said completed and then delivered by 6:50 pm. We live 2 minutes from this Dominos btw. I called again and they said it was out for delivery. I knew that it said delivered by there was no pizza outside. Called again at 7:06 and demanded a refund. The manager said he'd talk to the driver. I mean, wtf? The driver needs GPS for a 2 min drive.

The delivery was perfect, having ordered from Store #7377, EXCEPT for my ignorance about how your tipping process works. When I placed my order online I thought I was including my tip in my purchase. No wonder I got a very strange and sad look from the young lady who brought our dinners to my home. The receipt clearly shows that I was not charged the tip that I thought I’d included. I’m extremely embarrassed and sad. I am not a person who doesn’t tip—I’ve been a server and I know how much it sucks when you get stiffed.
Next time I order I will have my cash tip ready for the person who brings my food. Again, I am so very sorry.

got pizza here last night went to the hospital this morning was diagnosed with food poising my whole family is sick from this pizza do not eat here ! I will not be coming back tot his location and or any dominoes for a really long time! You have a lost a very lengthy customer

Zero stars would be too generous for the burnt pizza and awful service I received. Absolutely awful. To have a burnt pizza delivered and then be told they wouldn't remake it or refund me the money is outrageous. It took me driving to the store with the burnt pizza for them to finally agree to remake it. I will never order from dominos again.
The "Lady at the counter (pregnant n pissy) didn't say welcome in.. Didn't smile.. Put my change on the COUNTER instead of handing it to me!? She had a tattoo on her lower arm.. Black n Grey.. Talk to or fire this chic! My daughter works for your Company and this is NOT OK!!!!!!!

Ordered food and confirmed at pick up that it was what I ordered over the phone. Got home and was NOT what I ordered. I called to ask for a refund for what I hadn’t ordered and asked for a remake of what I had ordered. They told me there was nothing they could do and I could pay for a brand new order when I had already paid for the order that was bad. Finally after explaining why I wouldn’t pay for a brand new order when I had already paid for the other one they told me they could send me something in the mail and when I asked where they would send it the person on the phone hung up on me. Terrible service when all I asked was they corrected the mistake!
