Placed a carry out order online. As I was picking my order up I watched a team member walk up to the rack where all the finished pizzas are. He opened up a box, stuck his bare hand in, pulled something out, and ate it then winked at the cashier that was helping me. I was so shocked that I just took my pizza and left. Happened on 9/27/25 at about 6:37pm (printed time on my receipt). I hope management reviews cameras.

Estimated delivery was under an hour and i placed my order at 9:01 waited 45 minutes for my pizza to be made and then it left the store at 9:44 and delivery took an hour (delivered at 10:45), how does it take over an hour to get a pizza??? Literally drove past my address to go further away, shouldnāt have to wait two hours for a pizza from a shop 2 miles away. And youāll never guess, cold pizza and no dipping sauce.

My husband saw an ad on TV, 1 large 2 topping pizza, pick up only $6.99. So we went there, ordered a large 2 topping pizza and the cashier said that will be $17.97. He said but your ad says $6.99. The manager said did you ask for it? Yes. They apologized and re-rang at $6.99. This is a pure rip off for customers. Be careful how you order!

Tried to place an order online with a coupon, but the app was having issues and informed me to call the location. I called and let them know my issue and was told they couldn't help me due to the coupon only being available online and wouldn't be able to match it. I asked if there was anything they could do or point me in the right direction and was told no. So decided to order from Idaho Pizza Co.

Was a delivery pizza hotel is 7min from store, and here for a single night sigh. Filled my hunger but didnāt eat any crust after the 2nd piece.. there was a burnt plastic taste >upon inspection well Iām unsure if itās plastic or whatever it was it had a darker texture..
filling in the locals was just here for a single pizza . Wonāt ever order from this store again... how about some polycarbonate with your sausageā¦ yes please

Pizza's were hot and tasty. Quicker delivery than expected. Will definitely have them deliver again....
We were 15mins early for pickup, and when the order was ready Adrian brought it out to the car. Great customer service, and the pizzas were just what we ordered.

So I've ordered from various locations in Nampa, Caldwell, and Boise. This one by the movie theater and Sonic has consistently made great pizza. In fact, there is a locations on Overland towards Five Mile that delivers to where I live and instead of this location I will order from this one instead and just go pick it up because their pizza is made that much better that I'd rather drive to pick it up. Plus, it's closer anyway, so the boundaries for their stores are wonky. The reason why I finally decided to write a review (I don't like to review a fast food place right away until I've ordered from them for a bit) is because last night they were SLAMMED!! I'm not exaggerating at all. I've never seen so many Domino's employees in the kitchen before. And despite how busy they were, both of my large pizzas with bacon were DELICIOUS!! I was very worried about how busy they were that their quality would go down, but to my surprise, it didn't. Which confirms my theory on driving to them instead. Every time I've ordered from here, the pizza has been good. So I will keep ordering from here and do carryout even if I am completely exhausted and want it delivered. To me, if I am going to spend my hard earned money, it's worth it.

I love Dominoās! Itās quality and still affordable to get delivered. And theyāre Johnny on the spot with the delivery times most days. Iām tired of feeling nauseous after ordering from DoorDash. DoorDash, you can HAUK TUAH! Spit on that isht!!
