Worst location, very slow...don't go unless you can spend 20-30 minutes in line. I went during lunch and ended up driving away, after paying for my drink...Yes, you are thinking why drive off if you have already paid?? Well, I don't want to be late for work.

This is the best coffee stop the wife and I do everything morning on are way to work. The staff has our order down. The staff is the best.

I love going there. The people are friendly.
They love to talk and laugh. Get along well, they greet. You quickly get your drinks ready muffins are great. Always have a great day after being able to get my drink.

I’ve been coming to the Franklin and Linder location since it opened, and over the last few years, this stand specifically has struggled. I come here multiple times per week and the service and quality are consistently poor. It’s the slowest stand by far, and the staff seem almost catatonic. Not sure what’s happening here but hope it changes soon because there are new stands popping up everywhere with better experience
TERRIBLE service. Have never had a good experience at this location. Not only have they treated me poorly but my family have had similar experiences as well. The workers need either fired or highly trained on how to treat customers and make the drinks correctly.

Complaint About Poor Customer Service - Dutch Bros (1701 W Franklin Rd, Meridian, ID 83642)
Hi, I'd like to report a disappointing experience I had today around 6:30 p.m. at your location at 1701 W Franklin Rd, Meridian, ID 83642.
There were two staff members on site and a vehicle in front of me. Instead of taking my order, the employees seemed to be having a personal conversation with the driver. When I pulled up, I was completely ignored. After waiting a few minutes with no acknowledgment, I had to step out of my car and ask if the location was closed, because it felt like I wasn't even in line. They simply said it wasn't closed and then went right back to chatting, without addressing me further.
felt disrespected and unwelcome. I believe this location seriously needs to improve its customer service. Every customer should feel acknowledged and valued.

Dutch Bros on Linder and Franklin is amazing! The staff is always upbeat, friendly, and quick, making every visit a positive experience. I love their wide variety of drinks, and the quality is consistently great. Whether it’s coffee or a smoothie, I’m never disappointed. Highly recommend this location!

30 min to sit in line for a drink and I was the second car from the window. Meanwhile, 8 cars went thru the other side of the drive thru. The car in front of me sat and talked to the guy at the wondow until a young man came to take his order. Once the young man came to take his order, the three sat and talked for another 8 min before the car in front of me finished ordering and paid. It took so long I was expecting at least 5 or more drinks to come thru that window for him. Nope! Only 1. I have never sat in a DB line and waited that long. Keep in mind there was only 1 vehicle who ordered 1 drink in front of me. 30 min is totally unacceptable and I would have left and back tracked to the Human Bean if there weren't cars behind me. I can't wait till the new place opens on Ten Mile. I will drive passed this one to go to the new one once it is open.

I come here a lot, and the vibes are very hit & miss
I say “hi how are you?” …ignores me And goes straight to “what can I get you?” Then of course asks for a tip.
