Dutch Bros on Linder and Franklin is amazing! The staff is always upbeat, friendly, and quick, making every visit a positive experience. 30 min to sit in line for a drink and I was the second car from the window. Meanwhile, 8 cars went thru the other side of the drive thru. The car in front of me sat and talked to the guy at the wondow until a young man came to take his order. Once the young man came to take his order, the three sat and talked for another 8 min before the car in front of me finished ordering and paid. It took so long I was expecting at least 5 or more drinks to come thru that window for him. Nope! Only 1. I have never sat in a DB line and waited that long. Keep in mind there was only 1 vehicle who ordered 1 drink in front of me. 30 min is totally unacceptable and I would have left and back tracked to the Human Bean if there weren't cars behind me. I can't wait till the new place opens on Ten Mile. I will drive passed this one to go to the new one once it is open.

I come here a lot, and the vibes are very hit & miss I say “hi how are you?” …ignores me And goes straight to “what can I get you?” Then of course asks for a tip.

I’m very disappointed at this place they didn’t tell me my total or gave me a receipt I don’t understand why a large horchata strawberry was 9.32 $ lessons of life ask for your receipt and ask for the amount due

I agree with a lot of the recent posts. As someone that comes to this location a lot, I can honestly say it's very hit or miss. At times it's very quick and the drinks are made just right and other times it's extremely slow and very bland drinks. It's very obvious when I'm in the drive through witch employees put in an effort and make the drinks good and those that just stand around making shit drinks.

Poor experience at this location this morning. The girl taking order was more worried about getting a date than taking orders. She sat there holding the line up talking to someone’s that already got their drinks. Then tried to take my order once I was at the window already talking to the dude that hands out drinks. At this point have this guy take my order. Literally 7 cars moved from the other side cause the lady taking orders was doing her job over there. Walking up and down the line like she should be. We just left once she was trying to squeeze between my car and the window. Your suppose to take the orders ahead of time and payment (unless cash) so the line moves better. Not chat it with one person and make there other 8 people wait.
Staff were super friendly, my drink was made perfectly, and I wasn't wait forever. 10/10 would recommend.

Always fabulous service!!!This stand has the most PHENOMENAL staff in Idaho <3 <3 <3 My drinks are always delicious, I rarely order the same drink twice and I'm known by name and because I customize my drinks constantly. Whether I add in shots <I frequently do 8 shots and make extra sweet>, add mix ins or crazy flavor combos it's always a fun conversation and creativity with the barista if I'm in an unsure mood what I want. Never be afraid to be creative or ask your barista for recommendations I've never been led wrong ;) Thank you always to Dutch for having the most fun staff!
