I love this location and know they are excellent but I ended up sucking up a piece of plastic in one of the drinks I ordered tonight. 2 were fine but the blended lemonade was not and I understand it was extremely busy I waited patiently for an hour to get my drink tonight but the plastic isn’t safe or sanitary

Dutch Bros on Meridian Road is fantastic! The staff is always super friendly and welcoming, making every visit a bright spot in my day. They work quickly but still take the time to chat and make sure you’re happy with your drink. Highly recommend this location!

This picture really represents the world we live in right now and how messed up it is. We are ripped off everywhere. No one cares about the customer or the value of the product they sell. Super cool how I ordered a rebel with light ice, paid $6.63, got asked to leave a tip, and this is what I get. A drink slightly above half full. I asked if they could please top it off and was told they’d have to open another rebel can and charge me for it.
Every single time I come here I know I'm gunna end up tossing it in the trash. They don't listen. I ask for hot and always get an iced coffee. They constantly burn the shit out of the coffee. If you let the shot sit out it goes bitter and makes coffee taste like crap. Teach your people how to actually make a good drink this is freaking sad. If I was the owner I'd be embarrassed

it was maybe 8:30pm on a Sunday, so there was only one person/car in front of me. but they took at least 7-10 minutes before i finally got to the window. i wasn’t too happy about the unexpected long wait, but the broista was very friendly and the drinks tasted fine.
Kid-friendliness: if it counts for anything, they were able to provide 2% milk for my crying baby.

Most of the employees are some of the kindest people ever and have such a good vibe! Drinks are always amazing and quick. However I have had 2 interactions with the same employee where he tipped himself 15% without asking on my card. He made sure to ask if I wanted a receipt first to see if I’d notice lol. I understand times are tough and I’d me more than willing to tip if I was just asked ❤️❤️ overall they’re l all great people and super talented at what they do
