Not a great management idea to have the full training day on a Saturday morning. Waited 20 minutes in line, didn't move for 10 of it, and watched several cars behind us getting their drinks before ours.

I love everything about Dutch, Bros. Their people, their food, they're drinks. The only restrictions they've got is the ones you put on yourself. You can have a great time when you go. It's up to you. What kind of good time you want to have when you go to Dutch Bros? Because the people there want you to have a good time, so it's up to you. If you want to have a good time or not. Depending on the time of the day depends on the time you have to wait. Sometimes you zoos in and zoos out and other times you have to wait a few minutes depending on the line. So that's the time of the day, and that's how long you have to wait. The girls move as fast as they can, and they are very good at it.

This is 5th time the same employee (bigger, scruffy man with a beard) has not asked about a tip and then proceeded to tip himself without my permission. I have talked to management about it before and they said other people have had the same exact experiences and that they would talk to him. Happened AGAIN today and barista said the car in front complained about it too (she was very nice about it love her) It has been almost 2 years now of this employee doing the same thing, no idea how you keep around an employee like that.
