While I do enjoy the friendly hellos and small chat, there has been a hand full of times I've been in a hurry to an appointment, work etc, when I have witnessed people sitting and chatting upwards of 10 minutes after receiving their order. If there's no one behind you , I fully understand and chat away, but when you have others waiting especially on their way to something then customers should be moved along. Most people leave a little early to get there morning drink but no one counts in some one chatting in line for 15 minutes. Keep it moving.

Here’s the deal, they’ve never gotten my order right. This was my 4th time going, just asked for 4 kids hot chocolates on this 32 degree day, and they are COLD. I’m glad they won’t burn my kids’ mouths, but cold? 😭 Last time I ordered a peppermint oat milk drink- forgot the peppermint flavor & crumbles. I could make a finnnneeeeeeee hot cocoa at home.

Very disappointed with Dutch today. Went for a hot drink and the car in front at window was talking with workers for 10 min believe the girls worked there. But by time I got my drink it wasn’t even hot.

Not sure what happened and I’m not gonna really one to gripe but I felt I needed to say something. We pulled in and the entire crew was having a meeting or something right next to the benches. Cars in line. No regard to that apparently. So sitting there for 10+ minutes while they finish up. Then they all get up and go into the building where every one of them except probably 2 of them leave. So it takes another 5+ minutes to serve the two cars in front of us. Our turn. Orders are taken. Drinks are served. My son’s smoothie is perfect. My raspberry iced tea, not so much. Too much syrup and I got about 3 drinks before it was gone because it was packed full of ice. I love me some Dutch! Don't get me wrong. This was just a really weird experience because it’s never happened like this. Ever. Thank you for your time.

i’m a regular dutch bros drinker so i go everyday, and this stand has the slowest service i’ve ever experienced. i get that mornings can be busy, but i sat in the line for 20 minutes and the line wasn’t super long. the staff was friendly though, and the drinks i got were made right, but the service could be picked up a little more!
