While I do enjoy the friendly hellos and small chat, there has been a hand full of times I've been in a hurry to an appointment, work etc, when I have witnessed people sitting and chatting upwards of 10 minutes after receiving their order. If there's no one behind you , I fully understand and chat away, but when you have others waiting especially on their way to something then customers should be moved along. Most people leave a little early to get there morning drink...
The guy taking the orders in the drive thru is always amazing but today I’ve been down and he made my day by buying my drink and plus adding extra points to my account. I don’t know his name but the crew there is why I’m a regular at that location! Thank you Dutch Bros
i’m a regular dutch bros drinker so i go everyday, and this stand has the slowest service i’ve ever experienced. i get that mornings can be busy, but i sat in the line for 20 minutes and the line wasn’t super long. the staff was friendly though, and the drinks i got were made right, but the service could be picked up a little more!
