I went through the drive-thru on Friday November 1st. I ordered my normal large protein latte, add sugar free chocolate, no salted caramel. I was watching Brooke make my drink, and watched her add salted caramel. I asked the guy at the window if that was my drink Brooke was making, and he confirmed it was. I explained I watched Brooke add salted caramel, and I do not care for it and ordered it without. He then told Brooke there's no salted caramel in the drink, but Brooke continued to make the drink. I was handed the drink and told to taste it which annoyed me because of the taste, sugar, and I felt as though it didn't matter. Brooke then tells me she knows my drink order, she didn't put salted caramel in my drink, and walks off. I tasted the drink and again said there's salted caramel in the drink. Brooke had already walked away, so the guy at the window remade my drink. I used to come to this Dutch Bros three times a week. I have not been back sense. The audacity was mind boggling. I was flat out lied too and called a lair. Her customer service is atrocious, and I don't want to experience that again.

I ordered a large build your own salted caramel hot coffee with whipped cream caramel drizzle sugar sprinkles caramel sauce and that is not what they gave me they gave me a regular coffee with no sweetener or nothing in it I paid over $7 for this cup of coffee usually they're really good and I loved Dutch my very favorite but this lender Dutch Bros in meridian was not good I won't ever be back there again

Edited for service on my Birthday. We always go to this location. Ordered a drink that we realized wasn't on the secret menu anymore. The lady was asking us if we wanted ingredients in the drink. We were confused as to what was going on after ordering the drink. Trying to figure out the disconnect and communicate to her she walked from the window. After a minute we drove away, no coffee. Already spent over an hour in traffic delaying all my Birthday plans. Now we get to drive to a different location to see if they know how to make the drink that used to be on their secret menu. I've been looking forward to starting my plans all week with this drink. Very disappointed with this locations service.

What can I say, these guys are always awesome and they always go above and beyond. They have the greatest attitude and I can't think of a Dutch bro that I go to that doesn't have phenomenal staff. The ones here are my faves because they are the ones I see almost on a daily, and they are just the best employees and your company should be very proud

Went in around 1:30pm on 7/28. These two girls proceeded to spend an insane amount of time together at one car. They kept looking at my car and continued to follow the other upto the window then a girl inside started laughing with them and joining in as well. I've been to alot of Dutch Bros in the valley and this was the first time everyone working was obsessed and huddled around one single car. Ordered after what felt like 10min in line when there was one car ahead. Ridiculous. I won't be returning.

What a joke, i asked for light ice and was told i have to pay more for light ice. Ok, whatever, so they charge me for light ice and fill the cup full of ice. If you take your drink home and scoop out the ice, have 1/3 of the cup of your beverage

I love this place! They are usually pretty fast and don't have errors very often! Definitely has to be one of my favorite coffee places! On top of all of that they are super friendly people and always have a smile on!
