Does the music have to be blasting 24/7? We live in the townhomes across the parking lot and don't get any peace. I did walk over and ask the attendant closing up if they could please turn off the outside speakers at 10:30pm. She was very kind and turned it off. I don't want to have to go ask every night.

Just visited 5 minutes ago and the service was horrendous. Everyone was short, rude, and lacked that typical Dutch Bros friendly attitude. The coffee was fine but the absolutely terrible service makes me question going to this location again.

I recently stopped by this coffee shop and while the drinks themselves were fine, I had an unsettling experience afterward. Shortly after leaving, I received a text message from an unknown number telling me to go to a different stand next time, and even included the address of another shop. This felt inappropriate and concerning, as I had only interacted with the barista’s to order and pick up my drinks. I want to bring this to people’s attention because customers should feel safe knowing their personal information isn’t being misused.

Was just at this location minutes ago, we were assisted by a broista by the name of Mina and I have to tell you that her energy, her customer service and just whole personality was absolutely amazing! People of meridian, if you are ever near the linder location. I recommend going there! Will be back, most definitely.

I keep giving this location chance after chance hoping the coffee isn't watered down. And every time i end up taking that order to a different location for it to be remade. I mean how hard is it to make a coffee? By far the worst location in the Treasure Valley

Got a grasshopper, blended, picture perfect with whip ... diet what diet ha ha ha ...really, just wanted to see what color straw I would get ha ha . Drink was as amazing as the kids who made it !! Will be back !!

I went through the drive-thru on Friday November 1st. I ordered my normal large protein latte, add sugar free chocolate, no salted caramel. I was watching Brooke make my drink, and watched her add salted caramel. I asked the guy at the window if that was my drink Brooke was making, and he confirmed it was. I explained I watched Brooke add salted caramel, and I do not care for it and ordered it without. He then told Brooke there's no salted caramel in the drink, but Brooke continued to make the drink. I was handed the drink and told to taste it which annoyed me because of the taste, sugar, and I felt as though it didn't matter. Brooke then tells me she knows my drink order, she didn't put salted caramel in my drink, and walks off. I tasted the drink and again said there's salted caramel in the drink. Brooke had already walked away, so the guy at the window remade my drink. I used to come to this Dutch Bros three times a week. I have not been back sense. The audacity was mind boggling. I was flat out lied too and called a lair. Her customer service is atrocious, and I don't want to experience that again.
