We came with a larger group, and they messed up HALF of our drink orders. This was after repeating the order twice and having them read it back!! We usually LOVE Dutch Bros. But this place in Meridian Idaho?? Cringe!! Of course, in their defense… even the messed up orders tasted good, they just weren’t what we ordered. *sigh*

This used to be my favorite location but they have become extremely inconsistent with how they prepare drinks. I asked for peppermint and they clearly used the wrong syrup (creme de menthe, which makes this particular drink taste disgusting). Staff is extremely friendly.

As a previous Broista, I was honestly appalled at how rude the ladies working were. I ordered a drink, and they ended up making it wrong so I politely asked them to remake it, and was met with incredible attitude. I think the management needs to go back over the core values of the stand, because I was met with sheer disrespect and I’m so disappointed in them.

I used to work at the slim chickens right next to it and I wanna say that I’ve always loved coming here during my break or before my shift. They always made me feel welcomed and at home every time I’d stop by. Sometimes I’d go more for the interaction than the drink. I miss working next to y’all!
