I go to Dutch Bros in Nampa almost every morning and get the same drink; Americano with cream and caramel. Today it tasted off and I didn’t notice until I was on my way to work in meridian. I arrived to work early so decided to go to Dutch Bros on ustick and Eagle rd and they replaced it at no extra cost, and with the best customer service, asking me to try it before leaving. I love my Dutch family! Thank you!

This was an awful visit. When I pulled in there were 3 cars in front of me and then had 2 behind me. 2 cars got in the right lane. One person working and the line started backing up. This person had no sense of urgency as she was chatting so long with the person in front. Then she moved over to the guy in the red tow truck next to me and began petting his dog for about 4-5 mins before actually taking his order. Someone else then came out to take the drink orders and then she abruptly finished with him and he moved in front of me. This guy in the truck must’ve been a chatty person because he was at the window forever but he kept handing drinks back. Ok. I finally get to the window and when I was given my drink it was way overfilled and spilled syrup on my shorts: my grey golf shorts that I was wearing to work. My drink was also severely watered down. Next time I’ll ask for a stopper or sticker on it so that doesn’t happen but I come to Dutch weekly and this has never been an issue. I spent a good 15+minutes waiting in line total and it shouldn’t take this long to order a drink and get to work. I then had to drive home to change shorts real quick. I just hope the stain comes out. At least I was given napkins. I’ve never had my drink come out the way that it did and it’s the only drink I order. I was severely disappointed with the service at this particular location. Construction going on next door makes it a b just to get in and out. Watch out for the pothole on your way out.

The Ustick and Eagle location is the BEST! Every single person there is a delight. They’re so nice and really strive to give the best they can. AND they never mess up my orders, which oftentimes have 6+ drinks! This is the only location I go to 😊
We should’ve driven away when they cracked the can of cold brew.
We are at a coffee stand. If we wanted canned coffee, we would’ve gone to a grocery store. Even if most places do this, keep the illusion alive? It felt ridiculous to pay $6 for a soda sized can of coffee in a giant cup of ice.
As for the tea, the cost was not at all worth the price. They ask nothing about preferred sweetness level, and just toss a few boba in on top of their cup of ice and splash of tea.
I do not get the hype at all. Maybe we ordered wrong? It just felt so silly and overpriced.
Side note: This parking lot is a nightmare. The entrances are not intuitive.
