We were traveling back to Washington State and needed to find a place that might be able to accommodate my liquid diet restrictions due to upcoming surgery. And they did! They were freaking awesome and strained their fabulous tomato soup for me! It was so yummy and a had a pleasant kick too! Great atmosphere and staff! I even got some to go!! Would highly recommend. Oh and my husband's K ribs were delicious as well.

We had the spinach artichoke dip and the kalbi ribs appetizers with the seared ribeye steak entree and it was perfect for two with leftovers. The artichoke dip was very flavorful, and the ribs were some of the most unique we have ever had. They were an Asian sweet and savory sauce with kimchi flavored pickles. The steak was okay but the asparagus was done perfectly. Great staff, post modern rustic decor, bustling at the time mentioned in the restaurants name. They are known for their cocktails but we were just there for the great food!

This was our second time here for a lunch date with the wife. Both times have been wonderful experiences. Nice amount of good food. Their French Dip is amazing! The bread has just enough crunch on the outside to hold up and the center is so soft. The meat is so tender, flavorful and the juice tastes adds even more flavor. Would highly recommend!

Love Eight Thirty, hate that you took away the ribeye!!! Bring it back! Cost isn’t a factor. Up the cost if you have to. We left and went to Grants in Meridian because they have ribeye. Bring it back and as Arnold says I’ll be back
Great spot in downtown Meridian! Food is solid and they do a great job accommodating. Deviled eggs were amazing and super flavorful! The cocktails were delicious too! Burgers were juicy and full of flavor! Atmosphere was nice, just a little loud, but not difficult to carry a conversation. Will definitely be returning!
