Made me upsettingly sick and had me vomiting all night. Can’t believe this happened at a restaurant in Meridian as I never have any complaints usually.

We hit the jackpot!!! This place was so much more fun than I could have ever expected. We came down tonight for my birthday and they were having Mexican Bingo Night. They were so fun, friendly, welcoming, and creative! The food was amazing and the atmosphere was great! Couldn’t recommend more!

Coach prado is the best! I didn't have to worry about anything. He scheduled the date with ease, checked in with me a month before the wedding to make sure we had a final count and there was more than enough food! The food was outstanding, he accommodated us with a vegetarian option. If you are looking for somebody cater your party, your wedding, you can't go wrong with Coach Prado and El Gallo Giro! Don't need a party, go visit them in the restaurant in Meridian! THANKS COACH!

Our waitress gave us great service even though it was near closing time. We all had a great laugh and it made a long day into a fantastic one.

The environment is charming, plus clean. We enjoyed our waitress, who was very nice and polite. The food was good overall, just not to our liking, lacking flavor. We will try it again, tho.

Me and my wife stopped here randomly while we were out and I'm glad we did. The cow tongue tacos were absolutely amazing. The meat was very tender so if you have someone with a hard time chewing or no teeth lik me ?, it's perfect absolutely perfect. The carne asada was very good too, but just a little crunchy at times. The only criticism I have is that the handicapped parking was far away and only 1 to 2 spots and the parking lot was extremely busy due to the bar next door, but that's not really their fault. It's just their location.

The enchiladas verde and margaritas were fantastic- this is my favorite spot for Mexican food in the Treasure Valley. The atmosphere is friendly and festive - as set by the staff in this family-run restaurant.

I got the Birria Tacos with the broth, beans, and rice. My boyfriend got the California Burrito, with beans and rice. We also got drinks, i got one of the margaritas, and my boyfriend got the AMF. It's was all so amazing!! Definitely worth every pennie!??
The staff was very nice and communicative, they made sure we had everything we wanted and needed!
