I ordered a steak chalupa meal with no lettuce extra cheese, soft taco meal, 2 extra soft tacos, chips and cheese and pintos and cheese. Asked for mild sauce.I pulled up to the window and asked if I could add 2 items. I was told once I pull away from the speaker I can’t add to my order. Having worked at this exact Taco Bell I know that’s a lie. Never received my chalupas, but got a quesadilla. I can’t eat it due to the sauce. Pintos and cheese tasted burned and had no cheese. Was given a hard shell taco with no lettuce. The meat and cheese on it was so scarce it was 95% shell. Chips and cheese had cheese sauce open and spilling into bag, and the chips were all over the bag. Was given 1 mild sauce. Also didn’t answer when I called. My daughter just told me her soft taco meal was cold as well.

they hold a six year grudge. i worked at taco bell in 2017-2018 and i put in my two weeks. they changed the time of my last shift on the day of my last shift and then called me demanding i come in because i was "late", but i was not late...they had just changed it and lied. i had a photo of the schedule before they changed it. i was eating dinner with my father when they called me. i told them i would not be coming in until the time of the original shift and they told me "we don't need you to come in then". i applied to a different taco bell recently and they told me i was not re-hirable due to the shenanigans a low level manager pulled back in 2018.

TACOBELL is it a great place to work I can honestly say Yes and No just depends on what store and who you have on your team..BUTAs a former Shift Manager of Fairview Taco Bell I can honestly say that I was treated with Alot of respect from the people I worked with but Recently I was incarcerated for a month and even tho i followed the proper procedures for letting them know I would be gone at least a month the area manager Amanda Morris took it upon herself to terminate me ( even tho I signed a employee contract)

The local headquarters for Taco Bell.

Consistently, the most poorly managed Taco Bell locations I've ever come across. I've reported them to corporate several times.

Friendly accounting staff if you every need to deal with them.

If you ever work for this company they really suck. They Promise pay raise and promotions and don't follow through with them.

Es-O-En runs the local Taco Bell restaurants on Eagle and Main Streets in Meridian. While the food itself is not a problem, the quality of service usually is. It's not uncommon to wait 10-15 minutes for a meal depending on crowd. However it seems like the management is under-staffing too often during what should be high-volume days and hours of the week. Often the restaurant workers try to appease the delays by offering a little extra freebie when you have to wait. I will still go there, but I wish they would adequately staff in high-volume hours.
