Es-O-En runs the local Taco Bell restaurants on Eagle and Main Streets in Meridian. While the food itself is not a problem, the quality of service usually is. It's not uncommon to wait 10-15 minutes for a meal depending on crowd. However it seems like the management is under-staffing too often during what should be high-volume days and hours of the week.
