Ordered food and doordash messed up on the address told us famous daves would give us a refund and we have been trying to contact them for 2 months now and have not heard anything from them

It's a scam. Do not spend the money. Horrible amount of food for the higher than average cost. One of the worst dining experiences I've had. The staff was fine, no issue there. The food and it's costs are horrible. I tried contacting the company before this post. They will not return communication.

This location is NOT a restaurant as advertised online. They are catering and to go orders only. Super frustrating because as we drove up the building says Johnny Carino’s. This is a different restaurant! Then we see the teeny sign that it’s some weird hybrid Famous Dave’s. We didn’t bother trying the food to go as we went there to have a nice sit down date night. Also how are you smoking BBQ food here!? Super annoying. Famous Dave’s needs to be much more transparent that this is NOT a sit down restaurant.

Staff was very kind, no issues there.When I searched famous daves this location popped up. I pulled into the drive and noticed JC was the restaurant. They did confirm the are a famous daves and would make the food for us. I had a to-go order placed. Brisket, beans, coleslaw, and corn. Large order $$. My husband, myself, and 2 yr old were very sick after eating our meal, hard trying night for us all. We called about the issue and was very kind and asked to speak with manager. They stated the manager was not working but when they would be back they would deff reach out about the issue. Maybe we shoud have been karens! Well, I did give it ample time and now its weeks later so I am leaving this review and turning them in to the correct channels for not reaching out when they made my whole family sick. I find it revolting and careless. I will share this with many ppl and tell them not to eat here to avoid food poising. After getting on here and reading reviews it is very apparent they dont care.

Order took twice as long as promised. Order was incomplete. They threw our past off the order as they/ someone thought it was a mistake. By the time they were done the food we did get was cold.

What a rip off. Don't order from here. Twice I haven't gotten the full order. No apology no credit given. They conveniently forget the muffins and coleslaw. Girl on the phone was no help and she didn't even know how many muffins come with an all American Feast. This was for Fathers day. Don't recommend for catering either. Can't trust them. They won't even make it right and give me what I paid for.

I usually love Famous Dave’s. My mom was visiting and I decided to surprise her by ordering some bbq for her. I spent over $100 on the order and only 60% of the food arrived. I tried calling the store but it just kept ringing and no one answered. I understand being busy but this food is expensive and when you’re missing three sides and some meat I really would like to talk to someone.

Not the best bbq as it's literally just johnny Carino's Italian food they are good at bbq not so
