I went to the Meridian location and was ordering a Boston shake and was told that I could not have what I ordered. I have ordered the same thing many times and now I’m told NO! No explanation given. I asked to speak to the manager about the issue, and was told NO. THIS IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD. IT MAKES ME WANT TO NEVER GO BACK. SO I DID NOT BUY ANYTHING AND WON’T AGAIN UNLESS THIS PROBLEM IS FIXED. THE EMPLOYEES NEED TO BE RETRAINED ON CUSTOMER SERVICE!

This place is super slow with service. A bunch of kids running around barely working. Every time I go through the drive thru it takes forever and when I get my ice cream it's melted or my food is cold.

Just spent 30 minutes in the drive through for 2 burgers, 1 fry, soda & a milkshake. We were given our drinks and sat at the window for a good 5 minutes after getting the drinks. The fries were on the bottom of the bag cold & smushed. Both burgers were not even warm. It's like they sat there 20 minutes. For a $30 meal I expected more. I get that it's hard to get help, but surely after the food is made it doesn't take much to get it to the customer while it's warm.

Went through drive through when I got to window the "awning" overhang was DUMPING water all over my windshield and hood. It was so bad had to move out of drive through and go in. Never again.
Ordered burgers for supper. Not the best tasting. Next time I'll stick to the shakes.

I wouldve given 5 stars but...I was fairly disappointed when I went to fanci freez today, I ordered the Finger Steaks and Gems. The finger steaks they gave me were a very small portion. 5 small fingersteaks, a drink, and Tater tots for $15. The tots were very well proportioned, so it kinda made up for it.I remember the last time I was there, they had 2 sizes for finger steaks! I wish they had kept that, so I didn't feel like I was getting ripped off for tasty finger steaks. The food tasted amazing, but I think they should put at least 2 more finger steaks in there. It just wasn't enough. The staff was super nice

My mushroom burger was good, with crispy fries. My wife liked the finger steaks, despite them being a little greasy, and too much salt on her tots. The banana split was custom made to my tastes and amazing! Service was spectacular! We will definitely come here again.
