Good quality sub for slightly above average prices. The service was fast and friendly, especially since we got a pretty big order. The environment however was pretty awful. It seems they are a little short staffed, so I’ll give them some slack, but the floor was coated in ingredients and almost every seat had turkey or lettuce scattered on it. Im sure it’s not always like this.

We have been coming here for over 5 yrs. Not good. Bread was soggy meat has to much fat on the pastrami. Soup was not fresh. It use to be great. We will try the one in Boise.

With chain restaurants, the sometimes feel like just a soulless copy of every other one. Firehouse is a great example of the exception. They're always friendly and the atmosphere is laid back and clean. I ordered via the app and the experience was easy. The food as always was delicious.

I just went to this firehouse and by far the worst experience ive had at one when you spend 30$ on two sandwiches and they bolth just have a tiny pile of meat in each side i e never had a bad sandwich in the boise store so very disappointed that they all dont have the same quality our sandwiches didnt even have the cheese or bacon on them

Always an amazing experience take Out or dine it. They have amazing sandwiches hot or cold. I love the selection of chips they have miss Vicki's Chips love the salt and vinegar ones. They have bottle drinks and a machine.
