Had Five Guys for the first time 10/2025 and was very pleased. The cheeseburgers came with two tasty patties and a choice of many toppings. Delicious! The fries were plentiful home fries with skins on. We liked them better than other burger places. We definitely will return to Five Guys!

Service was great as always. I feel like something was missing in the flavor of my bacon cheese burger. I first time I ate at 5 Guys was back in 1995 in Arlington, Va. I think they only had 3 places then? On this visit, I don't think the burger was that good and it was very salty. Also just not enough topping. They used to just fall out and I would eat them after with the Cajun fries.
Whoever thinks these burgers are good needs to be punched in the face. My husband & I got burgers from five guys for the first time just to see what the hype is about & we took one bite & spit it out GAGGING. Disgusting. Please don’t waste your money here. We spent $33 for trash. Go to McDonald’s instead.

Came in to pick up a DoorDash (no one else in there) and the guy behind the counter didn’t greet me. Was standing there for like 5 minutes and finally saw the DoorDash rack and when I went over to that side of the counter he greeted me and said he was waiting for me to go to the correct side of the counter. There’s no pickup sign.
