Flatbread Neapolitan Pizzeria

We came in on Valentine's Day without a reservation. The staff were very accommodating and found us a table in the dining room. Staffing was exceptional with plenty of front end, waiters, bussers and bar help. My Wife asked for a dish that was not on the menu and after the waiter asked the chef the possibility, it was made for her. Wow! I ordered a steak and shrimp dish with broccoli. I was amazed at the tenderness and flavor, the sauce bathed the shrimp in a spicy wonderful sauce and the bocolli was cooked to perfection. Will be back. Staff were constantly attentive the entire time.

Our first time here, and it was nice! Our server was great and the food was good.
However, we spent about $60 on 4 cocktails that were sake based. They do not have a full liquor license and it seems unfair to charge the same price for a cocktail that would have hard alcohol in it. We also ordered the $20 chocolate cake TO GO- which came with gelato- so I checked with our server to make sure it was on the side (just in case it melted by the time we got home). Which she confirmed it was. Getting it to go, I guess I assumed it was going to be in a separate container? Instead we got home and it was melted- all over the teeniest tiniest $20 cake ever!
We heard alot of good things about this restaurant, but unfortunately, we did not see what all the hype was about!

My husband and I came here for Valentine's day. The food and atmosphere are amazing. The meatballs are to DIE for. The staff is so nice and very professional. We'll definitely be coming back!

It was my husband and my first time dining at Nick’s and we can’t wait to go back! From the moment we walked in, to the moment we left, our experience was amazing. Our server, Shawna, was very attentive and friendly. She made us feel like we were the only customers in the restaurant. Although we knew it was quite busy. We will definitely ask for Shawna the next time we dine at Nick’s. The entire staff (hostess, bussers, servers, manager) was collaborative and wonderful . The beer and food were also incredible. We recommend the Scotch beer, the Italian Wedge Salad (chopped), and the Tuscan Chicken Pizza. We will absolutely be back as soon as possible and are looking forward to bringing our family and friends as well.

We were recommended Nick’s Italian Restaurant for a family birthday dinner, and this was our first visit—but it definitely won’t be our last.

From the moment we walked in, the place felt cozy, welcoming, and nicely decorated. Right away, I was impressed with our waitress. Her customer service was truly a step above—attentive, kind, and genuinely caring, which is something you don’t see as often these days.

Before coming, I looked over the menu online and saw they had paella. At that point, I stopped reading because I already knew what I was ordering. When it came to the table, it was a huge portion loaded with seafood and chicken—shrimp, clams, mussels, and just the right amount of spice. Honestly, it was one of the best paellas I’ve had outside of the Basque Block in downtown Boise.

Everyone in our family really enjoyed their meals as well, and to top it off, our server surprised us with a tiramisu for the birthday celebration, which was such a thoughtful touch.

This is absolutely a place we’ll be coming back to—even if the only thing I ever order here is the paella. Highly recommend!

Nice people. Food took an hour and they apologized for it. Most of our group did not enjoy their meals. Dry chicken, lack of flavor. Best thing anyone had was the pizza so if you come order the pizza. Honestly not worth what they are charging in my opinion. We probably won’t be returning.

We truly enjoyed this experience! Our server Riley was very attentive and helped us decide what to eat on the menu since it was our first time! We will be back as our waiter Riley was super friendly and was a top notch waiter and food was good.
