Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

My wife and I stopped in for the first time at this location 9/22/25 Dine in for dinner. All the workers are friendly willing to help. Awesome SERVICE.

Unfortunately, my food was under season and not salted at all and they didn’t even carry any salt inside the restaurant pretty sad times I threw away my whole order and wasted $15

Freddie's in Eagle is our family's favorite place to go. Ask for Lisa; Our experience has always been phenomenal with her and she's so sweet and smily. She's super friendly and helpful with food suggestions. Their custard and french fries and chicken are our favorites. Lisa makes the experience 1000x better, we love her!

Idk why people wait in line for in-n-out when Freddy’s is down the street and the meat in the burgers tastes way better. Great place, good food, orders are always right and the staff is personable.

My go to spot for my son with autism and dairy allergies, because their chicken strips and fries are dairy free. Food is delicious and always consistent. Cheese curds (my fav) are unbelievable!
But I really wanted to call out the extraordinary customer service today. I think the name might have been Sam, he really and sincerely wanted to make sure we were well taken care of and I think the kindness and care shown today was one of my best experiences at any service place ever.

Great help, entered my order for the wrong Freddy's, the manager took care of the order here instead of having to drive 35 minutes in the wrong direction!! Thanks really appreciate it. My son is special needs and it was for him, happy kid now!!!

Had lunch there today around noon. The gentleman at the front counter was very friendly and accommodating. Our food was served quickly and hot and fresh! I saw the same gentleman who took our order take sundaes out to other customers while we dined. It was a great lunch break. Another employee came and cleared our tray from our table. Will be back soon!
