Best bagels in the treasure valley. The flavors they offer are delicious. Loved the Churro and Hot Honey. Cream cheese flavors are the bomb. Loved that they're local and not a chain.

I recently visited thisshop and ordered a breakfast bagel. The jalapeno added a nice kick to the flavor without being too overpowering. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the service was prompt. The shop had a cozy atmosphere and looked well-maintained, maybe a little cramped. I'll have to come again and try some of their other bagels.

We ordered 2 bagels for pick up this morning. When we got home with our order, neither of our bagels were correct. So we paid extra to add things that we did not get. Make sure you check your order before leaving!

I've tried all their breakfast bagels now and they're delicious. Perfect bagels, big portions of meat, great tasting cream cheese. The only small complaint I have is the eggs are usually overcooked and a small portion. But with how great the rest of it tastes, it's not much of an issue. The best breakfast bagel I've had in town and I hope to try their lunch sometime. I recommend their jalapeno bagel with all meat or bacon.

So glad I decided to try Freedom Bagel Bakery on 12/14! The store is super clean and has a great open feel. The staff was friendly and quick to take my order. I couldn't even wait to get home to eat my bagel because it smelled and looked so yummy. Will be back very soon!

I arrived on 10/26 at 7:45am.Owner, John H. took my order and was friendly and professional. Young girl with dark, short hair prepared my bagel, but was NOT friendly. I told her, "thank you" and she never made eye contact and never responded. Yes, I said it loud enough as I was only customer in the store. How could she already be in a bad mood so early?Bagel was toasted well and had the proper chew. The bagel was a good size and good price. The garlic/herb cream cheese has a great garlic flavor, but the texture was off and strange. Is it just cream cheese and flavors or is there some odd filler?They definitely need their parking stripes repainted as well. it is easy to park over the ADA parking spot as it is difficult to see.The menu link here on Google is not secure and will not load. They do not have a regular website link available here.The bagel was very good and I would return, but I would hope that service and flavored spread would improve.Parking: Parking lines need to be repainted, very difficult to see.

Finally had a chance to stop by and I was happy I did! Stopped in for breakfast and got the Ultimate Meat breakfast on a garlic parm bagel. Really good and hot, even had steam coming off! They were very busy but still moved through the orders quickly. If you’re in the area and wanting a bagel, stop by!!!

I love the bagels here so much! The sandwiches are so delicious too. I’ve come here almost weekly for the last 6 months or so. I’ve always had a wonderful experience until recently. I went in to order a bagel sandwich and did not choose to give a tip when asked on the Ipad screen while paying. The person ringing me up saw this and her whole demeanor changed. She glared at me, and walked away. After making my sandwich, she set it on the counter and turned and walked away without a word. She was obviously trying to let me know how unhappy she was that I didn’t tip. I do understand that tips are appreciated, but in today’s world where you get asked to tip literally EVERYWHERE you go, tipping every time is just not doable for me. I do try to tip as often as I can. It was unfortunate and disappointing how rudely I was treated in this situation. I will definitely go back, though, because I love their bagels too much not to!
