Gandolfo's New York Deli

Something is missing with the bread. I am a local girl and I would pick one of our local sandwich shops any day. We have tried Gandolfo's several times and it has been somewhat disappoint
ting. Not bad. If you see this, check out HUGOs deli. Fabulous and has been for 40 years!

I WAS SCAMMED $23.45 FOR TWO $2.69 MENU ITEMS!!! Menu says $2.69 for their cakes. I asked for three and it pulled up $14.07. Doing math it came out to be $4.41 per cake (Before tax). I asked about the price difference from the menu and the register and was told "That's just what it is now." So, I changed the order to 2 cakes for my wife's nostolgia for $9.38 instead of $5.70 (a x1.35-cake that I didnt get at menu price). Once I was told the $14.07 was canceled and a new transaction had started, I was totaled for $9.38 and only then presented my card to pay. My card statement now has a purchase for BOTH $14.07 AND $9.38. I also brought the cakes to my wife who absolutely loved them, without telling her about the price. She then stated to be that they were REALLY disappointing and offered me a bite. It tasted like Dollar Store cake mix with only water and powdered eggs. Really Disgusting Quality of a Once Loved Franchise.

I want to start with i love gandolfos I have been coming for at least 10 years and brag about there sandwiches especially the french dip. But now I do not recognize there sandwiches at all.my French dip this time first was cold but they fixed that not a problem,but even after that meat was flavorless and just not enough was basically a bead sandwiche. My first time here and disappointed.
I ordered the albacore avocado salad.
It tasted like a regular can of oiled tuna, it was gross.
Definitely NOT worth almost $16.00.

Just ate here for the first time with my wife and was really impressed. The reuben was fantastic and the new owners are super friendly. We'll definitely be coming back to try the other sandwiches.

The traditional Philly with banana peppers is way better then with bell peppers it tasted so good it was like it’s always been missing it I’m definitely getting that again

We were going boating and I picked up some sandwiches and coffee and it was really good and everybody loved it. Heather recommended. ;)

Parking: It's located next to the gas station no problem on finding parking

Food was pretty good. Service was a little off. I had to go over my take over with them several times because their “system” didn’t print my receipt at the take counter but did in the kitchen so they no idea what they were supposed to give me as my order. Otherwise not to bad.
