Very disappointed. Long time customer, we usually order delivery 2-3 times a month. Over the last few months we have seen a drastic decline in the quality of the food and delivery times around an hour and a half to two hours. Looking for a new Chinese Restaurant in the West End / Meridian area.

For 8 years Great Wall was the only place I'd order Chinese food. However, Their lack of customer service and unwillingness to own up to and correct a small mistake will prevent me from ever ordering or suggesting Great Wall again. They do not appreciate your business. Due yourself a favor and go somewhere else that appreciates you choosing to spend your money with them.

I have been ordering from this place for years and tonight may have been the last time. I had an order for delivery through Doordash and did not receive any of the sauces for my order. I don't mind but my kids won't eat the Mandarin chicken without the sauce. So I called the restaurant and asked if they would be willing to send some since it was their mistake and I was told no, they can't help me. So I offered to load up my kids and come pick it up and they still said no. I was told that they can't help me and to contact doordash. So they basically wouldnt give me any of the sauce I paid for. I understood not being able to deliver the sauce if they are busy but not willing to let me come pick some up was ridiculous. Very disappointing. ?

Thus is where we usually get our Chinese food delivered from, and it's been pretty solid the last 3 times. Love the fried rice and most of the chow mein dishes. The family style dinners are big enough to feed some people. The generals chicken was good. The chow mein with pan fried noodles was my favorite dish so far.One thing that lowered the rating a little is Mongolian Beef is my favorite dish. Almost all places there is just hot peppers chopped very thin ,onions and spicy beef. These cooks put in water chestnut s and big chunks of regular green pepper and even baby corn in it. Too many veggies and not enough beef.

We got take out tonight - fabulous, thank you! The food was delicious, hot, ready on time, packaged carefully with all needed condiments and utensils and all for a reasonable price. The staff person who helped us was efficient and friendly. Unlike some places, this meal was not overly salty. We will definitely be back!

The food here is disgusting, stay very far away. Food is tasteless and overcooked. When wanting a refund, they are quick to get agitated and defensive about food quality.
