“There was a mishap on Uber eats where the buy one get one free didn't come through which was no fault of Gyro shacks it was on Uber Eats end end. Thankfully Oakley listened and understood my concerns and made it right even though he didn't have to. I was pretty upset because I'm penny pinching and this was dinner for my family so I sincerely thank Oakley for his excellent customer service. I was considering never going to Gyro Shack again but because of his response I'll be a customer for years to come. Thank you guys so much“

“Amazing experience here. Ordered the Spicy Chicken and it came out amazing! Everything was super fresh and came out very quickly. All of the employees were awesome as well, they actually care about you and are happy to get you anything you need. Will definitely be coming back with friends!“
