Ordered online, had to wait 15 minutes with NO customers to get my drink. Food was done and just sat on the counter. Needless to say it was ice cold all for a bobba drink that wasn’t even right. I won’t come back here.

Guy at the front was very friendly. Food was good. I have had a lot of Katsu in my life, the Katsu here was very flaky, crunchy and some of the best I have had. Portions are also very large. Good value for the money. Nice place and people.

Delicious and large meal for the price. Friendly staff and a great value. The trial chicken, prawns, and orange chicken were all delicious. Most orange chicken is too sweet for my taste but this one was just right.

Genuinely, service & staff are great. They really put the 2nd star on this review for me. On the other hand, however, their food? Pretty bland. We’ve nearly order all their menu as we were a big group. Particularly, their teriyaki sauce was mediocre and is drenched on your bowl of rice from your protein. I could no longer finish my bowl unless I wanted bites of marinated rice. Could use a revamp on their menu.

The food was disgusting. It use to be very good. I got chicken fried rice with shrimp. I wanted grilled shrimp. It wasn't grilled. The rice was sticky and had a very wierd taste. You should refund my money

First visit to Happy Teriyaki. I ordered the chicken and tempura shrimp with all fried rice. I ended up getting half fried rice half veggies. The tempura shrimp was actually great and the chicken was good. The fried rice, however, was so bland that not even teriyaki sauce helped. The veggies were also bland and had a weird taste to them. Needless to say my first visit will be my last.

Delicious,! Fast cooked, not over cooked, and just perfect. It's definitely something we will come back to! We loved it! Teriyaki sauce was super good!

Horrible. The chicken is blackened to the point that it’s literally cancerous and inedible. The vegetables also had a weird smell to them. Honestly should’ve believed the reviews about how charred the food gets.
