I am a long time customer at Sol. i am a huge fan of the shakes! unfortunately, there have been multiple times i’ve been in where the customer service was honestly terrible. there is one girl that i have seen repeatedly who is never friendly. we walked in and before even getting to the counter she is asking us what we want to order when i was bringing a friend who has never been and really wanted to try it. my friend felt rushed to order and got a tea bomb. the employee was basically silent the whole time we were ordering. once we got our drinks, we didn’t have any toppings or garnishes that they typically come with. i order the same shake every time and it always has toppings. the strawberry mojito tea bomb was supposed to come with fresh mint, which was absent and it tastes super sour and artificial. it honestly just tastes like it needs to be watered down a lot. i don’t know if that’s how they’re supposed to taste or not but it just wasn’t great. my shake was so good but i wish the toppings were there because it takes them that extra mile and makes them so delicious. it’s hard for me to want to keep being a returning customer because i do love the food, but the service is so passive aggressive and odd. the employees act like i am causing them so much trouble to even be there.

First of all I’m on here to review the customer service!
First time walking in after finding on instagram was extremely disappointed. The girl named Hailey was sitting on the couch not even a hi when I walked in. Told her it was the first time I was in there and she didn’t even have anything to say. I asked her what their protein shakes were made of and she said “water,ice, protein” with an annoyed look in her face. Not a smile or anything welcoming so yes I walked out and will take my money elsewhere. Someone with her attitude should NOT be working at a place where customer service is the main priority.

Great place for a smoothie but not usually open based on its store hours. Have attempted to go several times in the morning and it's not open.

I love Sol nutrition. Currently prepping for a bodybuilding competition, and when I really need a sweet treat without the guilt I head here! The staff is always so sweet, and their protein shakes and tea bombs are my favorite. Took my daughter there this morning and she enjoyed a protein Waffle. We will be back many times.

The representative who assisted me was very friendly and welcoming. I felt at ease without any pressure to make a decision, especially since it was my first time there. Although I didn't immediately enjoy the drink I purchased, the excellent customer service I received makes me want to return and try something else. I particularly loved the college shot, which was a highlight of my visit!

The peach cobbler oat bowl is to die for! Also a fan of their blueberry muffin oat bowl!
Update: the carrot cake shake has great flavor!

It’s my favorite place to go when I need a pick me up. Teabombs are my fav and they always have new flavors. Healthy fast food 😋😋😋

It had been a while since I came in and I got a text about a free shake for my birthday. I was trying to tell this to the girl that was working but she cut me off didn't let me ask her my question. I just payed for my shake and left I won't be coming back.

They’re incredibly polite and friendly every time I go there thank you so much for making it a pleasure to come to your location here in Meridian
