Disappointed. We brought our family here and had terrible service. The quality and level of service did not match the $40+ per person price tag.

Clam chowder is a joke, flour and cream no clams, a couple little potato pieces and 0 seasoning. Flounder was barley any fish, tons of a pancake type breadding that was doughy in the middle. Fried oysters were terrible. Hush puppies were the only thing edible. Our server was the only bright spot, he was very nice, but the food was awful 😞

Good place to eat. My only complaint is the shrimp was overcooked but other than that, a solid place. - Frank

My husband and I love going here normally, but the server was not attentive, never even offered a refill on our lemonades. The prices are not transparent and when we asked about the King crab all she said was you have to order a pound, but did not disclose that a pound was $100 and when dungess is $40 a lb, i didnt realize it would be that much more and she should've let us know. They ran out of potatoes for our boils, and we had hardly any sauce to cover what we did get. After a shock of $260 bill, i wont be back after that. As a former server, if there are not prices on the menu, and something is $100 lb, i would inform my customers so they can decide if they want to pay that much and shame on hook and reel for not being transparent with their prices either.

My friend and I had lunch here. We won’t be returning to this location. We each have a stamp card for dine in points. We paid separately and each of us spent a substantial amount of money SEPARATELY but they wouldn’t punch both of our rewards cards!? They said it’s one stamp per visit. This is the second time I haven’t been able to get my rewards card stamped because I usually don’t go to dinner alone. Petty, ridiculous management that obviously isn’t following Corp guidelines.

I don’t leave google reviews at all. But ..I’m leaving one . The food was trash. Corn was spoiled 1st off. Then it took forever to get service as we sat at the bar top and it wasn’t busy. I’ve eaten at many seafood places and this place is mediocre. I will never , ever.. eat there again. And management plz don’t comment an apology on this review.

My husband and I went there for our one year anniversary last weekend and while everything tasted good, unfortunately the next day we both ended up in the hospital with food poisoning. Sucks because I absolutely love seafood but the sickness was not worth it.
