Bartender spent more time speaking to waitresses than helping customers. When noticed she apologized and said she would be a few minutes and I watched her pour drinks for the tables she was ignoring previously.

$75 for a small bag that got the whole fam sick!

Joined waitlist on Yelp and waiting an hour to only have my spot be pushed up another hour and some change, then just completely removed. We called and asked why we were pushed up and then just completely removed and the hook and reel employee said it was because we didnt come in, but we were never alerted, no text or anything. She then told us to just come in and when we get there we were turned away. Someone very clearly made a mistake here which happens, but dont blame loyal customers. My boyfriend and i are regulars at this restaurant and this was very frustrating and unprofessional, no apology or anything.

this is the worst establishment ive ever been to, I went on valentines day, and they said they would text me when my table was ready and then proceeded to take me off the waitlist, after I had been waiting for 2+ hours, I understand valentines day can be busy but my friends and I waited for 2+ hours and never got sat and then was told even if I join the wait list now we wouldn't get seated tonight, this is a scam and I am more than disappointed with my experience, they staff and owners should've prepared more for the demand in services. I am so disappointed. I used to love it but never coming back again

My wife and I went here for lunch on a Saturday. Our server, Genevieve was very helpful since this was our first visit. The food arrived at our table in only a few minutes. Overall, the food and service were excellent! We will be back for sure.

My wife and I got dinner tonight. When we ordered, our waiter seemed like she was rushing us and her tone was pretty rude. We got our food, but my wife was missing her sausage she ordered. We told the waiter and once the waiter brought the sausage she just tossed the sausage on the food and left without saying anything. Her attitude made us uncomfortable and later on made my wife and I emotional once we got home. We never experienced such horrible service.

We also waited a while for our waiter to come back to us. And when she did it was rushed and she walked off quickly after. We're upset we had to experience what was supposed to be a fun night.
