Look its Chicken, and its GOOD. I was staying at the Hyatt Place next door, and I saw the maintenance man and asked him where he would recommend. Without a thought he said Houston Chicken. Desi and Sergio as well as the entire well-oiled team treated me very well. But lets get back to the Chicken. I ordered the sandwich and tender. Medium. Gass chicken. Got the 10 piece and didn't expect the nuggs to be tender and juicy. Put medium heat on those bad boys coupled with their house sauce. The sauce is a lil spicy just a heads up for people with heat tolerance.
