I placed an order for pickup through iHops website. When I went to pick it up, no one could find the order. They said they were understaffed and offered no resolution. I was charged for the meal. I tried leaving a voicemail about the situation and no one called me back. Then I called and chose the option to place an order over the phone and asked to talk to the manager. They apologized and said they would send me a gift certificate in the mail and would follow up to ensure I received it. I was not called, nor did I receive it. I called back and talked to the manager again. They said they would ‘investigate’ and call me back that evening, or the next day at the latest. I was never called back. I opted for the gift certificate because the manager said that would be easiest. I never received followup calls, I paid for food that I never got, and didn’t get reimbursed. I shouldn’t have to beg for a reasonable solution, nor have to result to writing a negative review. Extremely disappointed with the entire process and lack of customer service.

Lisa was amazing and her beautiful ability to serve with such an amazing attitude does not go unnoticed. I am glad I got to be served by someone who takes their job very seriously and loves what they do. I wish her luck in her career and what she loves to do, her willingness to teach the newer generation about serving is greatly inspiring.
There aren't many options when you want breakfast at 1 am but iHop is a decent choice. The service was good and the food was what was expected. Onion rings were on point.
