Our company used the Meridian, Idaho location to cater breakfast to our office for over 160 people. All I can say is WOW. Everything was still hot and delicious. They were on time to the exact minute they said they would be here. We are very grateful and will certainly use them in the future. Shout out to Sarah and the Meridian Managers!! Thank you.

I usually have a good visit. The food is typically wonderful but I have to wonder what happened today? First, we found a hair under our sons pancake. It was short and graying so it couldnt be my family and the waiter said it's not any of the cooks. Okay they comped it. But then as we pay not only do I see people in the kitchen cooking with long hair and no hairnet to protect the patrons but the check was messed up. We asked for military discount, a usual thing as my husband is a Vet. But that then means (they didn't tell us this) that we would have to pay for my sons food that had a hair in it. They fixed it but I definitely feel this experience wasn't a good experience at all. My sons still hungry, I feel that the hair in the food wasn't taken all that seriously as no one even apologized for that, just brushed it off. It made me feel like they thought I planted it. Again, this Ihop is typically wonderful but I don't think I can stomach bringing my children back knowing they don't ensure proper kitchen etiquette.

It was wonderful! I went here after my back injection and it was FANTASTIC! I was able to order my pancakes MY way and get exactly what I wanted for honestly not that much of a price. Definitely the best IHOP I’ve been to.
I came on Sunday and the food was delicious as always, but I ordered the five-stack original buttermilk pancakes, which cost extra compared to the three, and my server walked over and asked if I needed a box, while I was still, and I said no because I wasn’t done, but then she took my food! and I still had the two pancakes that I paid extra for. Very disappointing.
