The last 3 times we've been here there has been an issue. A few months back myself, mf BF and. My 6 year old stepson were seated near the bar area in a booth. There were people being adults, with adult beverages which is fine, no judgement. But when they start to get obnoxious, talking about the female anatomy the way they were, in a family atmosphere at regular dinner time ish, 6-7. We had to ask to be moved to a different table. What we found out from the waitress in that area was, that was THE MANAGER!! and it was his birthday. -_- doesn't excuse his vulgarity, obnoxiousness, crude comments with his friends. Not ok man. So we're moved, and the manager goes near the food station and we hear him talking. They apologize for his behavior, ad we're given 2 $5 gift cards for next time, and our dinner is comped. Cool. The next time probably June back again with the kid. We have to wait to be seated while people are walking around, talking to each other and dismissing the customers that want to be seated. Ok? Now we're seated, we wait 45 FRICKEN MINUTES to be greeted and asked about drinks. We should have left, and if this wasn't the kids fave place to eat we would have! Order our food, eat, apologies from wait staff, now the bill. We have rewards for free chips/salsa. YaY. Oh and free kids meal with purchase, check. The rewards won't load , unable. To redeem, payment adjusted 6 bucks for kids meal , but those dang chips aren't cheap.. $5 for chips and salsa. Really?! I mean it's nothing to write home about but fine (mumbles incoherently) ( rolls eyes in Spanish) Tonight..... Not busy at all, seated quickly, server ignores eye contact with me, only talking to the BF. cute. But whatever, bring back drinks, asks if we're ready, and nope need a couple minutes. 30 MINUTES LATER (SpongeBob narrator accent) peek a boo, guess who's back, back again... Sorry ok she takes our order. Food arrived in acceptable condition. Temp, look, taste, etc. K cool. Now the bill. So reward for apatizer with purchase, again check, cart empty, I redeemed BUT I LEARNED last time. Took a picture of green box saying I redeemed on THEIR tablet. Girl goes to manager, he does clicky picky poo, Shazam it works. And dennnnnnn try to use the gift cards from some time before. They won't scan. Girl takes to manager, hippity hooplah! 10 bucks off. But wait theres more. When we got there, we were asked if we are rewards members, those dang chips again, and salsa. Son crush chip like hulk. Make mess , ugh. Kid! So I'm sitting here, now, going over the receipt, and guess what. Kids drink with meal, .50 cents. -_- alright. His drink 259 mine 279. Yes. Chips and dip, 5.99....... Chips and salsa, 0.00

used to like going to chilis on Sunday and watching the games. In my opinion happy hour is non existent. No more happy hour well drinks or wine. Only 12 ox bud light for $5. Very little happy hour food and what there is , it is expensive. example 5 boneless wings for $7. Will not visit again.

Ordered regular wings and got boneless. When asked why, was told that since it was so late the regular wings were frozen so they just decided to give us boneless instead, which were dry and overcooked. Also received the wrong dessert, which was quite gross. All in all, not impressed with staff, product, or experience. Won't be back... Money better spent at KFC.

Hi welcome to chilis...... This place does NOT exist! This a very genius multi level marketing scheme to make you think you are getting some chicken wings, but upon arrival you will come to find out it's disguised as a chilis. Long story short be ready for chilis.

Ordered through Door Dash. Food arrived as if it just came from the refrigerator, it was COLD to the touch. Had to microwave, that made it taste just as bad as something pre made from the freezer.

It’s just Chili’s… Ordered today via the free delivery promo. The boneless wings are mediocre. The texture lacks the nice breaded crunch you get at the wing king; Wing Stop. I got a ton of curly fries but they were soft and soggy. Chili’s traditional fries are much better in my opinion. Great quantity of food for the price but it feels like freezer-aisle grocery store food. If you want wings, go with a legit option like Wing Stop or Buffalo Wild Wings. I know restaurants are trying to pivot as they navigate the shutdowns but this ain’t it.

Well these are the $2 extra fries...along with the order being 100% incorrect not really happy and definitely will not be ordering from them again. 3rd time ordering and this is the 2nd time our order has been incorrect.Just found out this business is running through Chili's which honestly explains a lot. Called the number on their website and Chili's answered and confirmed they're "It's Just Wings" Showed little to no remorse on the error and offered no reconciliation to the wrong order.
Doordash order, but not DoorDash issue: I KNOW finding good employees tight now is straight hell! BUT atleast somewhat review orders, or don’t except additional (doordash!) Paying $50 for dinner for one person, SUCKS!! I did not get what I ordered! I ordered 8- Habanero, 8- garlic Parm, 8- Cajun, and 8 honey chipotle. I got 32 Habanero, I guess Dad is good!!!So I guess it’s cereal for me and my kids…

I've always been a fan of going to BWW, but last time I tried to order online from them it seemed like I was paying a lot for not much food. It just didn't feel like a good value, so I started looking for another place to order from. I decided to give It's Just Wings a try, despite some reviews about them not getting orders right. It felt like a good value from the start, as I was getting more wings for less money, plus curly fries as an added bonus. It was much cheaper than a similar order from BWW and I'd say the quality was just as good. They have a good selection of flavors and all the ones I have tried have been great. I've ordered wings from them 3 times now, and my order has been correct each time, so I haven't had any issues with accuracy. They have really become my favorite place to get wings, it just seems like a much better value.
