Came here at Jack In The Box at around midnight, Elizabeth and Caleb were the most helpful kindest people you ever hope to encounter at a fast food joint at this hour or any restaurant at any time for that matter. The food was loaded up nice and hefty and the service was speedy and attentive., A+ experience from S+ employees. Highly recommend stopping by for these 2.

Dude had to recreate the order in front of me which might explain how he missed half my order. For real, if you order the two tacos from here, CHECK YOUR BAG. These idiots/fraudsters will charge and seemingly not try to satisfy such an order. As a dasher, this is a known “missing item.” Not a drink, not sauces, A KNOWN menu item that these jags just charge and won’t include.

I've gone to this Jack in the Box location more often than not when it comes to grabbing food while in that area. The establishment is ran by teenagers who lack customer service skills and/or knowledge.
I put in an online order for pick up inside, 20 minutes before arriving. Mind you, the JITB app quoted me an 11 minute wait time, so I was generous with time.
I walk in, there isn't a line so I go up the online order pick up section, 3/4 people staffed in the kitchen are standing around putting tacos in the deep fryer, etc. they don't ask if I need help, etc. until I speak up. A blonde haired teenage (15/16) said "I'll be with you in a few minutes" - a few minutes go by, and not a thing. I then said, "I'm here for 6 tacos, do we have an ETA?" mind you again, it's been 15+ minutes of standing around, for 6 tacos.
This place is a hit and miss, if you have to sit around waiting for food, this will be your spot.

Great food here, but you will be waiting. This particular location always seems to be short staffed, meaning you will wait longer than average for your food. But the food is always fresh and hot when you get it. The staff is as friendly as you would expect for being short staffed and crazy busy, but they try.

Ordered off the mobile app and when I got to the restaurant I knew it might be busy. However when I got up to the window it took them more than an extremely long time to even talk to me and even when they did they tried to give me the wrong order. When the finally figure out who I was and I got my items my food was cold and the soda I ordered already had most of the ice melted. And that’s with me ordering extra ice. They had no management and four of them stood there just talking and laughing before anyone even came to try and move the long drive thru line along. I work in food services and this definitely wouldn’t be okay where I work. Was very dissatisfied with my trip tonight

This post is a zero stars honesty should be closed down and had wait for and hour and a half manager showed up late one of the gals in the kitchen not wearing gloves ( not food safe) This store needs to be closed completely all the staff need to be fired I love jack and the box but this store sucks to the full extent it’s been going down hill for years let it go thank yoy

Gabriel took care of us in the drive through today and he was amazing. Very attentive and seemed to be handling a lot of tasks well. He was kind to us at the window, complimented my friend’s tattoos, and had pleasant conversation. The food itself was fresh, but I’m not really a fan of Jack in the Box to begin with. Whoever the manager was seemed off-putting and I didn’t like the way he was talking to the employees.

This is not the first time that an online order was incomplete from this location. We oereded Bacon & Swiss Buttery Smashed Bacon Jack combo with fries and a diet Coke, Buttery Smashed Jack combo with fries and a Dr. Pepper, Double Jack combo with fries and a Coke, 6 PC Honey Garlic Sriracha Crispy Chicken Wings combo with ranch dipping sauce, onion rings and a Peace Tea, and a Sourdough Jack as a reward. The troubles began when ordering in the application: I had a reward for Tiny Tacos and really wanted to try the Birria Tiny Tacos, but the reward would not apply eventhough they are the same price. No biggie there, just a hassle. When we receive our order, in sealed bags, we were short a French Fries. The drinks were not labled, and there was no Diet Coke. In it's place was a second regular Coke. The wings were not sauced or seasoned and were simply fried chicken wings. There was no dipping sauce with the wings. Other than every order having at least one issue, everything was good.
