Always get the tacos they have a meat product that seems like tamale meat and they always hit the spot when you have endless munchies. Absolutely top notch place. I waited in the drive through line for a bit. Got to the window and they told me since I waited my food was free. Its truly refreshing when a place steps up and comps a meal. I was still willing to pay. Awesome people šŸ‘ šŸ‘

Waited 20 minutes for my dine in order to be completed, only then to be told my drink wasn't ready at all. No apologies or attempts to rectify the situation, food was cold. Whoever is managing this place needs to get their employees to work, since there is no urgency whatsoever in how they work.

The only reason I go to Jack In the Box is for their ranch. Ask for it 5 times throughout the drawn out process of ordering and receiving the food. Ask at the window if the ranch is there. I am told directly that there is. Not only is there zero ranch, the fries are the wrong size and there is less chicken than what I paid for. Spent 20 dollars, got 12 Dollars worth of food, and did not receive what I came to the restaurant for. Lobby is inexplicably locked and the phone line doesn’t work. No way to contact the store apart from getting into the drive thru that hasn’t moved in 15 minutes.

This is the second time I've been to this location and the second time they've forgotten something they charged me for. I understand that people make mistakes but it still socks getting home and missing food you payed for.

I'm leaving this review because the customer service I received from here was above and beyond... I have to apologize cuz I can't remember the guy's name but I want to say David Phillips... He was patient with my order and very helpful... You could tell he really cared about the customers and making sure their experience was a good one... I can tell he's just a good human That puts his all into everything ... Representing the best qualities of customer service... Any company that has employees like this obviously care about their brand and how people represent them... These are the kind of employees you want to hold on to with both hands... people always remember a bad experience... And they always remember a good one...

I’ve been doordashing from this place for a little while now and I’ve always tried to give the benefit of the doubt! However it takes literally forever for them to make your food, I’ve seen a few other reviews and this seems to be a big problem. Last time i accidentally did a pick up order and it took almost 2 HOURS for them to make 2 things!! They either need to hire more people or figure out a way to speed the process up. I love jack in the box but come on I don’t want to wait 2 hours for food when I can get it through the drive through in 1 minute. That’s also a part I don’t get! Please prioritize everybody and not just the people who order through apps.
