We always enjoy Jakers. Our only very minor complaint was they were out of the French onion soup (out for the summer). The service was good, the food was excellent and the noise level was low enough that we could easily communicate.
My review may be an isolated case but I thought i would take the time to write it because I want the restaurant to improve where they can. This was St-Patrick's Day. 1. This is a delegated service model restaurant. The wait staff is supported by less experienced people, in this case two layers of delegation. The waiter(ess), server and buss(boy/girl). This sort of arrangement leads to surprises and misunderstandings if it isn't well managed. 2 The food was obviously...
Burger much better then the last time and only $10 with fries this time. ONLY AMERICAN CHEESE at this price. Choice of cheese doesn't cost much more if anything and would be better for customer. When does my 100 points for open table get posted? It shouldn't take any time. Most place post it right away.
