I ordered Pepperoni Bites, I got home only to find my ordered was burnt and unedible. Zero quality control. These kids actually thought serving burnt food would be appropriate.

My order of one smoothie and one pretzel bites took an ungodly eternity! I could not believe how long it took, it was shocking. I won’t be wasting my time here again.

This place is consistently one of the longest drive-thru waits even when there’s only a couple customers in line. On top of an already abnormally long wait, the last three times we’ve been here they didn’t have any pretzels or pretzel nuggets ready. They told us it would be a 5-10 minute wait. It seems like if your main product is pretzels, you should pretty much have some ready to go at all times?

The Chinden Meridian location is outrageous. 20 min wait times for food. Drove all the way back because our large peach smoothie tasted sour & like freezer burn / dirty water. The girl with the attitude said it was half empty. It wasn’t. Hubs and I each took a sip. And even if it was- we went out of our way to come back!!! So she grabbed our smoothie and walked away. Made the exact same one- without asking if we wanted a refund or a different flavor. 2nd one tasted just as bad. We actually wanted a different flavor. Then, told us we had to call the regional manager to get a refund since it was an online order. Same girl had a major attitude a few months ago, when I asked why it took 20 minutes to make our pretzels. 3 strikes. You’re out. Never stepping foot in there again. It’s always the same every single time. 2 people working and no one knows what’s going on. Waste of time and money. What happened to customer service & service with a smile? Doesn’t exist here, sadly.

I ordered a frozen watermelon lemonade but I got just a frozen lemonade so I got up to the counter to get a watermelon lemonade but sense u drunk less then half I could no get a refund or a watermelon lemonade and she said she remembered making it but it is clearly not and on the receipt it does not even say frozen lemonade it says lemonade mixer watermelon and I was with my friend witch took 30 mins to get his bowl
I waited for 30 minutes to get my açaí bowl while people got there’s first who ordered there’s after mine and then my friend also got the wrong order as-well do not recommend

Takes at least 20 minutes every time. Always see 1 or 2 people standing doing nothing in the kitchen

Went in with my youngest (dairy allergy) and husband. We waited forever to get service…when they finally noticed us, the music was so loud we had to repeat “what” over and over when the staff would speak. The initial employee was a blonde girl who walked away in the middle of me talking, another girl came up and asked if we had been helped (she had no clue about the rewards services or what was in the smoothies), she then asked another girl for help… this girl told me I was wrong in how I setup my rewards account, never actually asked questions to understand, my rewards were fine- a different location used then today. We requested a dairy free smoothie, which wasn’t and ended up making our daughter feel awful a bit later. I’d never go back. The Ustick and Eagle location is soooo much better and they’re really good about communicating what’s in each smoothie to help with food allergies.

Pleasant people, clean and positive service experience. Only one table with four seats, so you better hope no one else is there if you want to stay and sit inside.
We have always had excellent service here and very agreeable, friendly, and helpful staff! Tonight was no exception! We had a smoothie that came out tasting super weird, so we turned around and asked if they would be willing to remake it. Without hesitation, they said yes and gave me options they could switch to make it better.
10/10! Will come again... and again... and again!

Unfortunately, I did not have a glowing experience. I tried the drive thru and no one knew I was there. I thought maybe the speaker was broken, and that I would have to order at the window, so I waited. It took about 10 minutes to get there. When I did, they had taken the order from the car behind me and had no idea I had tried to order. The girl seemed confused and unsure of what to do, so I asked if it would be faster if I just went inside and ordered. She said yes. So, I parked and went inside. It did not go faster. I waited for 20 minutes for my relatively simple order to find out that they had forgotten my order and were filling other orders that came after mine. I asked for a refund which they gave. I won’t be returning any time soon.
Please, whoever the manager is, please help these kids work with a little more competency and efficiency.
