Unfortunately, I did not have a glowing experience. I tried the drive thru and no one knew I was there. I thought maybe the speaker was broken, and that I would have to order at the window, so I waited. It took about 10 minutes to get there. When I did, they had taken the order from the car behind me and had no idea I had tried to order. The girl seemed confused and unsure of what to do, so I asked if it would be faster if I just went inside and ordered. She said yes. So, I parked and went inside. It did not go faster. I waited for 20 minutes for my relatively simple order to find out that they had forgotten my order and were filling other orders that came after mine. I asked for a refund which they gave. I won’t be returning any time soon. Please, whoever the manager is, please help these kids work with a little more competency and efficiency.

I really enjoy it here! The food is amazing, came out fast, and had the best experiences with the workers. I have an allergy and they handled it amazingly! I love Jamba Juice and recommend for everyone!

the service was bad when we walked in girl at registrar ran to the back and laughed, i ordered one smoothie and pretzel bites and there was only two other girl in there and both had already ordered it took 35 minutes for my stuff to come out and they gave me my smoothie ten minutes before my pretzel bites and when i opened my pretzels a post it note was on it (see picture) about a personal issue i have had in the past with one of the employees named arianna. i think this is highly unprofessional and the behavior is immature i would never handle personal issue at my place of work.
Staff was super friendly and the store was just super overall clean! I got the new watermelon breeze that was suggested and it was great!

I love Jamba Juice and when I saw that they had a location near my work I was super excited to try it out. I have never waited over 20 minutes for an açaí bowl until I went to this Jamba. Additionally, when I got my bowl it was the consistency of a melted smoothie and lacking most of the toppings. I’m so sad that this was the case. The young girls working all seemed very overwhelmed and were likely not trained. Looking at other reviews it seems that the bowls need some attention across the board. Good luck.
